We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomAll inclusive - not really, need to find new name for that. 3 Drinks at lunch serving and 3 drinks at dinner service, I am enjoying drink either before food as aperitive, or after food, but not during the food. this part was like really super annoying. For that reason no thank you , in Mallorca can be found a better places further from Palma area where drinks are less restrickted.

United KingdomAlthough everything spotlessly clean the furniture and decor in the room was very dated. Our room was above the reception entrance which was busy even in the early hours of the morning 4/5am, people talking and singing loudly coming back in from Clubs, taxis, motorbikes etc which kept us awake most nights.
Clean, good pool areas with plenty of sunbeds, nice staff, food repetitive but good for the very reasonable price of the holiday. Less than 5 minutes walk to beach and bus stops for Palma and airport.

United KingdomRoom we were initially given had a wardrobe door missing, socket hanging off wall, toilet not bolted to floor and patio door didn’t open. We were offered another room the following day. They closed two of the pools when we were there. The restaurant couldn’t cope with the amount of people and you had to queue outside on a few occasions. AI isn’t worth it, 3 drinks of either wine or beer in a very small glass at lunch and dinner, no choice of beer or wine and glasses were around 125mls. You have to pay for your plastic glass to get soft drinks around the bar or pool areas. 1 euro per plastic cup! Not enough staff on reception so always big queues. No courtesy room on leaving was told to have a shower at the pool!
Grounds large, pool areas a decent size, plenty of sun loungers. Hotel was very clean.

United KingdomI emailed the property 5 days in advance and there was no reply not even now. The beds were single, very bad idea if you are a couple. The bed linen were not changed even after 5 day, only the towels were changed, the cleaning wasn't amazing, the sink and the tub were not washed. The food was plenty but we had indigestion from it, and mainly the same food every day.
Plenty of food, the hotel wasn't far from the beach, staff was helpful and nice.

Walls are not sound proof at all. You can hear people giggling while watching youtube videos at night and trying to be quiet.

United KingdomThe noise with the loud music pumping all day from the pool areas and bar until 11pm which if you want to sleep can be difficult. Also the tv in our room did not work, and the property itself is a bit tired looking inside . Also the food is very bland and not much selection of hot food if you don’t eat fish they only give you one other hot meat option, which is not enough for my liking as I ended up sticking to the same salads each day. Also the breakfast meat like the bacon and sausages were really tough and hard to eat so we gave up on the breakfast early on . Also the staff I felt most of the time just ignored you while standing at the desk they would just wonder off leaving you standing there. We requested for a car to be booked the lady for the following day, which she said she called through and told us to wait for someone to pick us up, which we arrived at the time give. To wait an hour then reception apologies as they had not actually booked it, so not happy with the staff service at all

United KingdomUsed to stay here all the time, but nto anymore, last 2 times, they made a mistake not collecting payment only to wake me up at 7am the next day for there mistake saying it needs to be resolved now, not something you want on your 1st day of break, 2nd time requested the main complex only to be shoved back again in rio so crossing the street to eat or use the pool, asked for a different room said only upgraded rooms avaiable, no issues how much, only to be still shoved in rio again, stayed here about 15 times will not be returning unless desperate

GermanyCompared to our previous visit to this hotel in 2018 and 2019 the stuff was behaving very unfriendly from time to time. We were not allowed to talk to each other during dinner or lunch because they said it was too loud which is not correct. In a room with more than 100 people eating there´s always a certain level of noise which is totally normal. Further we were not allowed to hear music on our balcony because it´s too loud they said, it was not loud at all and the big music box next to the pool was 10 times louder. Finally the pool is only open from 10am to 6pm which is very sad and not acceptable. You cannot enjoy another 30-60 minutes at the pool when you´re coming back from the beach. At least 7pm must be possible here.
Nice attention for the birthday of my friend, one person from the stuff came to our hotel room, congratulated and handed over a voucher for one free drink.

Ireland1. I don't like that in my room the air acondition wasn't working and when I said it to the team they don't said anything about it. 2. I don't like about which is the option about drinks that can or not in the restaurant for dinner. And when you take one, the team tells us in a bad way that you can't do so? How can you know? 3. Poor vegetables opcion in the copacabana restaurant. 4. One of the pool isn't working 😕 5. The dessert is very poor option, quality and quantity. 7. No avocados, not sauces options, many of the meals was burned or cold... 8. The machines for coffee ☕️ worked very bad...so, you haven't a bad quality coffee in the mornings... 9. And in my room the principal clothe of bed smells very dirty to sweat and the towels are stained and old. 10. The walls of the bathroom 🚻 in my room have a lot of hair 😳 no mines of course...
