The location was not so good and the pool was cold

Room was lovely but a few small things like the soap dispenser not properly secured and the toilet roll holder hanging off the wall. These are just a few small improvements but overall an excellent stay. Will come again

Excellent facilities and the hotel was very accommodating with our request to change dates whilst staying at the hotel. Pool area was excellent, AC in the room and the view from the 6th floor was amazing. EV charger also on site with free parking whilst using it.

It was a problem for our group that the shower door is transparent. Consider fogging the windows for privacy.

We visited the hotel with my family at the beginning of May. A very nice hotel. We had breakfast, lunch and dinner included and were impressed with the delicious food and the wide variety. The rooms are large, with comfortable beds and pillows. Not a big deal, but you might consider putting the duvet in an envelope rather than separate sheets, which isn't very convenient. Large terrace with table and chairs, overlooking the pool. The hotel is in a communicative place - 5-6 minutes from the beach. The bus stop to the center of Alicante is 1-2 minutes away, and the journey takes about 20 minutes. We loved the pools - in the garden and on the roof of the hotel, as well as the rooftop pool bar. Nice cocktails and nice live music.

Bathroom in the room wasn't really separate - the shower (with a clear glass door) and sink/mirror was next to bed. So if you travel with a colleague or someone not so close to you, there could be some time management involved to use the shower. Front desk staff was nice & helpful, but couldn't say the same for the breakfast/dinner staff. Not enough fresh vegetable selection at breakfast.

Room was nice & clean, with a view to the pool. Breakfast was ok - selection of different pastries, breakfast cereals, egg dishes etc. Beach was in a walking distance but if you prefer the more central beaches be aware that you'll have to travel by public transport or car to get there.

The rude staff member, when my husband was trying to order a drink at the hotel bar. More or less pushed his arm and pointed to another part of the bar to queue up.. he didn't say anything to my husband and when he moved to where he pointed to, another person queued up to that spot and got served straight away. Manners don't cost anything!

Lovely hotel, the staff were nice.. execpt for one person. Good choices for dinner even though we only had dinner once in the hotel and the breakfast was fantastic, so many different choices and so tasty. Good location to the fabulous San Juan beach.. lovely promenade with places to eat and drink. It is also easy to get into the city with a tram/bus stop near the hotel. The room was really nice and loved the balcony but didn't understand the 2 single beds that were pushed together.

Perhaps the only thing we didn't like was breakfast. There was plenty of choice to everyone to have something nice to start the day. I thought they could have more vegetables for breakfast. My partner was disappointed by how quickly the hot food gets cold. By the time you sit down your hot food is already cold, perhaps the hotel could invest into keeping food hot for a longer time

Everything is lovely, the location is perfect to walk to the beach, shops, bars and restaurants. Staff are helpful and there for you. Room service is brilliant. Cleaners are always there to make your room nice and tidy. I fell in love with the bed! It felt like i was sleeping on the clouds ☁️

Very new and very clean. Lovely to have the rooftop to relax with a coffee during the day & nice chill out area at night for a cocktail. Potentially would be nice if upstairs was adult only setting.

The room itself was nice and clean, but the beds were a bit too hard for our taste. Also the walls seem to be quite thin, so you might notice some neighbors actions during the night time ;) During our stay we once went to the roof top bar and were a bit disappointed about the service and the cocktails they prepared. The view and environment itself however was amazing. The experiences at the lobby bar have always been perfect.

Very nice lobby, pool and roof top bar with an additional pool. Located a bit outside of Alicante city center, but with good public transportation available which gets you to the center in about 25 minutes. Within walking distance from the hotel there are also many nice bars and restaurants. If you have a car chances are quite good to find a free parking spot around the hotel. The bar at the lobby was very nice and the staff was always friendly and provided a good vibe.

The breakfast was only OK.Had dinner one evening but it wasn't worth €17 per person. The sofa bed wasn't comfortable but the double bed was.The glass door on the shower was see through so had no privacy when showing.

The roof top bar and pool.The Hotel was beautiful and the staff were very friendly ,helpful and polite. Nice and near the beach.Good location for the bus21 to Alicante centre and good location for the tram to Alicante or the commercial plaza mar 2 you have to change to a second tram to get there.Value for money was very good.

Be careful of the tap water, I used it to rinse my mouth after I brushed and seen the water from the tap was running yellow. They don’t tell you this at reception, it was the first time experiencing this in a hotel.

Wonderful place. 10 minutes walk from the beach and 15-20 minutes by bus from the city centre. Bus stop is next to the hotel. Very rich breakfast. The hotel is close to the supermarket and many restaurants.

The fact that the sink is kind inside the room and shower's door is transparent, giving no privacy.

Hotel is very modern, clean and comfortable. Plenty of spaces to sun bathe and chill out and hotel also has a gorgeous rooftop bar. Staff are super helpful and buffet has a great variety of food. Always a good mix of meat, fish and veg. Hotel is close by to super markets and plenty of restaurants.
