The bar by the main pool. Staff desperately slow. One member of staff is shockingly rude and the whole team lacks training of what service should be like at this level.The talk in the slow queues for simple things like beers and soft dinks was all about the poor service and the long waits. There is no time to mix cocktails from scratch - buy in top quality mixers and train the team to be quick and also to be polite and engage with the guests. I can not imagine what this will be like by summer when the hotel is at full capacity. 15-20 min waits already. Staff surely, more keen on talking to each other than to customers. Inefficient way of running it. This is going to cause huge issues once hotel is full to capacity.

BREKAFAST Reasonably good level of choices Quality of food was average however Hotel not full during my stay yet the queues to the coffee machines were long. Far too slow/far too few for that size room. Efficient staff every morning.

A little light entertainment, be it a guitarist or light entertainment by the Bar would see guests enjoy a drink by the poolside bar which could do with a bit more effort there from the staff to engage guest to enjoy their stay and consider pre dinner or after dinner drinks to allow guests come-to-gether or get to know each other for even an hour every second night for example. Good for business and good for the holiday makers too. Win, win situation.

Breakfast Excellent. Room very modern & uptodate. Dinner good value & tasty. The whole experience from Reception, to the Pool, Roof Top Terrace and Bedrooms were breathtakingly faultless. Best ever outdoor toilets for use by the pool.

Ouer room was in old building without terace, it was cheaper , but there was streat near by, thst was not good. Thete sombody smoking in stars, it smeals somtimes.

The quality and quantity of buffet food was excellent. However, hot food especially the soup was not kept hot throughout the duration of the buffet.

No nice restaurants nearby so you're limited to the hotel food (good food though) and a tram ride away from everything

I had a nice stay at this hotel . Price/quality was the best for this area . Not really close from Alicante center but you can use car/tram for the city . Breakfast was really good with many choices . The room was clean and very spacious . The bed was very comfortable .

Aroma in first room means we had to look for another room. We Upgraded at extra cost to a pool view room, but not totally happy with open plan style bathroom .

Dinner was served quite late (from 7.30 pm), machine coffee at the breakfast was luke warm - microwaving it helped.

Friendly staff, great dinner buffet, water kettle & minibar in the room, good bed, lovely balcony.

(1) While this could be perfect for the others, the mattress was a bit too firm for me. (2) No phone in the room to contact reception. (3) No soft shower sandals (4) Limited Vegan/ Vegetarian options in breakfast (5) Vegan/ Vegan dishes kept very close to each other with risk for cross contamination

(8) Efficient room cleaning (9) Food: Excellent breakfast with salads, cold cuts, three/ four different types of cooked eggs, sausages and meat dishes, one or two vegetarian dishes. Eggs made to order. Cereals, breads, coffee, tea. Freshly squeezed juice. Whilst there was a very good choice for breakfast some of it was not to my taste but nonetheless there was lots of choose from

We had a room with a terrace overlooking the pool which was spotlessly clean and the bed was very comfortable

Small and expensive parking inside the property. Id rather include it in the rate. There are plenty outside.

Well located in a nice calmed and safe neighborhood. Nicer rooms the ones with a balcony. Breakfast was almost splendid.
