Location, hotel is really beautiful, food and breakfast amazing. I really love the food. Specially the breakfast. New hotel, nice design. And the team of the hotel super friendly.

The food could be more various.

Location is very good, next to the bus station and 5 min walk to the tram. Room was very comfortable, pools really nice. There is nice little place for smaller kids too.

Room doors slamming, need a softer close mechanism for guests who let their doors slam shut. QR code for menus but could also make these so you can order which would alleviate language/communication with bar staff.

Good size rooms, very clean and comfortable beds. Great selection at breakfast. Roof top bar great addition.

At the sky bar I ordered Korean style tacos for €12 and received meat on a lettuce leaf, additionally the prices for Aperol were higher than in the menu

Breakfast was good and the room was lovely but there was no extractor fan in the toilet and the room needed a brush so you could clean the sand in the room after being at the beach

The walls seemed thin. We could hear a guy snoring heavily each night through them. You can also hear people in the corridors easily. You can also only really get taxis with the help of the hotel. They cost twice as much into Alicante as coming from Alicante to the hotel. We didn’t understand this.

Lovely and clean, we loved the pool to relax by. The hotel breakfast buffet had a good selection. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The location to San Juan beach is also great! It’s a lovely area.

New hotel with modern rooms and pools. Roof top pool bar is excellent with food and drinks at a low price like the rest of the area. Very luxurious hotel for the cost. 10 minutes walk to the beach. Staff very pleasant and helpful.

Nothing! Oh yes, the TV came on at 5.30am every morning. no idea why! We did inform the Hotel. The reception was below our bedroom and at times was a very busy and noisy space.

What a treat! We loved this Hotel and the wonderful friendly staff. We were lucky enough to be upgraded to a fabulous room with a balcony overlooking the pool. The food was yummy and plenty of it! We would love to go back!

The staff was great but seemed to be a bit busy. They forgot or the system erased our card and I was leaving early in the morning and my friend was checking out later to sleep in, and I had to call her at 6 AM to ask her to put the card back in or I couldn't leave. The staff was very kind but there seemed to be a bit of small delays here and there.

The hotel is very new and the accommodations and all the spaces are very beautiful. The room was very comfortable and the breakfast included a buffet with great options. The beach was just a few blocks away as were many things and places to eat.

It costs 12 euros to hire a beach towel so take your own. When sitting outside for breakfast, the doors back into the buffet kept being shut by staff so you had to walk all the way around. The tiles around the ground floor pool are super slippery if you're wearing flip flops!

Receptionists are incredibly friendly and helpful, heated rooftop pool and bar area are lovely, food was excellent at breakfast and dinner with a lot of choice and some local dishes, everywhere is clean, housekeeping staff always say hello, bar staff were welcoming. It's a convenient quiet location 10 minutes walk from a lovely quiet beach, and very close to bus and tram links. You can use the facilities before and after check in and they'll happily store your luggage. Plenty of sunbeds and seating were available outside.

Nothing, everything was excellent.

The property was excellent, the facilities were great and the roof top pool and bar was superb. All the staff were fantastic, helpful and friendly. Breakfast was great. We only ate in the hotel for one evening meal which was good value for money. Rooms were clean and tidy. Short walk to the beach and restaurants or a quick tram ride into the city or up the coast. Taxi fares are cheap too, I used cabify to organise my taxis.
