The one odd thing I found about this hotel was the parking which is why I specifically booked it since I have a hire car and street parking is hit and miss and I did not wish to drag my luggage far. The car park right at the entrance of the hotel (room for around 20 cars) is very convenient if you can find a space since it is free 24 hour parking and is right by the entrance and so convenient for accessing the hotel and involves minimal hauling of your luggage when checking in/out. This free car park was already full so I had to pay 10 Euro for private parking in another hotel car park nearby. But to access this car park you have to walk a bit further and drag your luggage up/down two flights of steps. Surely, the convenient car park right by the entrance should be paid and the other car park should be free?? I really didn't quite get this - they make the good car park free, and the bad car park paid!!

Check in was relatively smooth, friendly staff. Adequate clean room with air conditioning. I had a view of roofs and solar panels which could have been better but I did not pay for a specific view so I am not rating the hotel on this point. Breakfast was good with a good selection. I paid separately for dinner - this was average in what it provided but good value considering it is buffet and you can eat what you like. Grounds seemed ok, I did not use the pool.

I personally had a room service attendant issue, but I will take this up separately with the hotel - it didn't detract from the stay.

The customer service was incredible. The staff really went above and beyond. Very friendly, yet very professional. Great sense of humour - we could have a laugh and a joke with them all. Our connecting flight was cancelled and therefore we couldn't arrive until the morning after our booking- I was panicking and persistently messaging the hotel to make sure that they didn't give our room away, and they were very patient, and, very calming and assured me all would be fine. They took into consideration my requests for a high level, quiet room, due to my husband being unwell with cancer, and our room was fabulous, floor 8 even with a beautiful relaxing view. The food was great - plenty of choice, and good opening hours. The bar area by the pool is great, and the staff there absolutely fantastic too, as were the main reception staff. There is a snack van for lunch during the day which is great. Plenty of sunbeds, no need to rush down at 6am, there are an abundance of sunbeds with umbrellas for those that require shade. The fresh water pool is lovely and refreshing to dip in and out when you're too hot, and a fantastic size and depth for those who wish to swim laps for exercise. I noticed the gym, which looked fab, but I didn't go in. We had some issues with my husband's health when we were there, and there evening receptionist gentelman was super helpful - calling us a taxi to take us to a local walk in clinic, explaining to the taxi driver where he should take us, which was very helpful during a worrying time. The hotel is in a great area - there are convenience stores in walking distance, a short walk down to the main road for all the bars and shops, and a short walk to the marina. We would definitely stay again.

The walls are thin, every movement is heard at night - for me it was ok because I am not sensitive for that but if somebody is better to use earplugs.

The location is perfect, only around 10 minutes walk to the beach. The breakfast is so good. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. There is a bar next to the pool where the food and drink are delicious.

Cleaning staff were very nice but very noisy talking to each other and receiving calls while trying to rest in the bedroom late morning and early afternoon.

I loved this hotel it is exceptionally good value for money The rooms were all modern airy and clean .The staff were fantastic helpful and went above and beyond my expectations All areas were exceptionally clean. And the buffet style food was very good I would certainly stay here again
