Disappointed that the room was very cramped as was terrace - not as represented in photos of room details in Booking.com. Safe key and patio windows didn't lock, so we had to arrange for these to be fixed. Asked for a different room but told this was not possible. Small wardrobe and had to balance our cases across the chairs in the room. Location was a bit of a walk to the waterfront where road works were going on

I guess the hotel is exactly what you can expect from 3 star but for this price I was foolishly expecting more. The room was very small and basic, not even a kettle for warm water, wifi was quite poor, the breakfast is also oke but quite basic. All in all nothing really bad but just too expensive for what it offers.

Check in and check out were great. The staff was very attentive, friendly and welcoming! They also provide great tips for what to visit. The bed is nice and the balcony is great. Coffee at the breakfast was great.

Relatively expensive for suburban hotel with limited facilities.

Well run, comfortable hotel. In a quiet, suburban side street location. Excellent breakfast. Kettle provided in room. Good bus service into city centre.

I recommend removing the tub in the bathrooms and installing a shower cabin so that perhaps you can also install a more practical and desirable bidet. Paid parking (11 euros per day..!!). It would be better for free or at least a less excessive payment.

Excellent varied and quality breakfast, always plentiful even late in the morning. Good times to do it. Kindness in the room and at the reception. Beautiful structure, very quiet, silent (it's just a shame that the corridors are narrow and therefore you tend to listen to too many noises from those leaving the room or from the maids chatting while they do their work), but definitely a beautiful structure.

Nothing. If I had to be picky I might say I’d have liked a kettle in my room to make tea.

When I arrived initially I thought the hotel was further out from the old city than I expected but once I figured out the very regular bus service this was not a problem. The staff in the hotel were all very helpful and friendly. Evana who was the receptionist for most days of my stay was exceptionally welcoming and gave great advice on places to go and restaurants to eat in. My room was spotlessly cleaned every day

Our balcony sadly didn’t get any sun at any time of the day so the room was dark , but I guess we weren’t in it very much , the restraints around that area were a bit limited but not too far to walk into Palma central

The staff were very helpful and spoke good English , it was very clean and our towels were changed every day , breakfast looked nice although we didn’t have any , handy place for bus stops etc small parking area , all very good , the shower was excellent hot and powerful

Housekeeper starting around 8am and waking you up. Tried to come in our room at 9am!

The room we stayed in you could hear everything from the hallway.

The hotel staff were all so welcoming, approachable and accommodating - couldn't expect more from hotel staff, they were brilliant. The hotel was clean and what you would expect for what you pay, basic rooms but all you needed. Location was okay, easy walk to the city centre and very close to the harbour.

I liked everything to be honest, maybe I would suggest that they could have a better coffee machine in the lobby bar since the one they have now is not good, but apart from that everything was excellent.

Facilities were spotlessly clean and decorated with style. The staff was also very accommodating and attentive to us, provided tips on the main attractions upon arrival. The room was spacious and clean.

If anything, I would probably not pay for the breakfast again as it was quite simple (although nothing wrong with it).

Amazing staff! Really helpful, friendly and welcoming. Good hotel, location and rooms. If staying a bit longer we would really have enjoyed the terrace which we did not have the chance to do this time. Highly recommend!

The location was perfect for the plans that we had. Everything was really clean and the staff was helpful and nice. The room had a balcony, which is always a nice addition.

Staff seemed reluctant to help when things were reported broken in the room. They did change my room which led to a much more satisfactory stay, but doors with locks not working, TV not working, toilet cistern won't stop running - these are elementary items that housekeeping should have got sorted before renting the room. Such little things that make all the difference between good and poor.

The staff were very helpful and nice. The Hotel is located near (10 minute walk) the harbour and the bed‘s and bathroom were clean. More towels were handed to us upon request. The Hotel offers breakfast for a low price. What I liked the most is that Zurbaran is not located in the centre of any bars/clubs or any crowded streets so it‘s very quiet.
