Not really a did not like, but the late check out procedure could have been more smoothly. My partner went down three times to check what the possibilities are. Another preferred option would be to have the reception, who was aware of this request the evening before, call if the manager was in to have it settled right away instead of having the guest walk down 3 times. We did manage to get a late check out and overall all is well.

Second visit as the first was also pleasant. Took my partner with me this time and we enjoyed a lovely San Juan.

needs more coffee and juice machines at breakfast. the coffee machine in room was hopeless better idea would be a kettle with coffee saches but in the pool bar they serve nice capachino.the method of payment we were asked to follow was terrible. payment at the property should be the only way.

warm shallow swimming pool, nice rooms, near centre beside bars and shops, half board was good value if you like grilled pork and chicken.

The breakfast was very normal so you don't have more alternatives to eat. I saty 5 days it was the same every day. I don't think hotell is good enough to get 4 stars.

The breakfast was amazing, I made sure to get to it even though I hadn't sleep. Breakfast first and then finish sleeping. The room I got was wheelchair friendly, not needed for me but a plus to know that there are enough of them.

The staff at the pool bar were extremely rude and just ignored you when stood waiting to be served. There were more interested in chatting amongst each other. I asked for a bread roll to be served with portion of chips and was told NO. Don’t be fooled by the all inclusive as it doesn’t include very much The hotel caters for about 250/300 guest and there’s only 50 ish sunbeds

States adult only but hotel allows groups of young teenagers (16+) this creates a poor atmosphere at times with loud music, teenage anti social behaviour and the hotel do not always address this behaviour. Adults looking to avoid childish silliness and noise would not appreciate this hotel. Some of the staff are unhelpful and rude. A common issue seems to be not providing the room you book and they try and give you a smaller room than booked on Booking.com stating it’s subject to availability even when booked months in advance. When persisting with reception it seems availability isn’t an issue. Politeness and customer service however seems to go out the window. Pool area is on the 3rd floor and is locked until 9am this creates a mass queue in the mornings and a scramble for loungers which are in short supply - due to the small area, this is nothing short of stressful at the start of your day. As an early bird this seems a waste of the morning.

Close to beach and travel links. Near various bars and restaurants. Supermarket onsite helpful. Comfortable room. Good housekeeping Food generally good
