Very minor things that don’t detract from the 10 I’m giving, but I don’t get why you only bring one 0.5l bottle of filtered water for two people per day - it should be at least 1 bottle per person, and ideally more or larger bottles, or tell your guests expressly if they can drink from the tap as apparently that varies across the island. Another one would be to get a small and quiet business centre where guests could connect laptops to screens and spend a few hours working. I get it your guests don’t come to Tenerife to work, but surely at an upmarket hotel with 200+ rooms some guests will need to do a bit of work almost every day. Just get two desks, two screens and maybe a small printer.

We loved our stay - the hotel is super new; the rooms are spacious, beautiful and have everything one needs. The view was great and we could hear the waves from the balcony in the evening. All the staff were super helpful and friendly, too. Would definitely stay again.

The hotel is absolutely stunning, the pictures don’t do justice to it. It’s very new and the facilities are all very good and clean. Food at the restaurants is also delicious but the best thing is the staff, so incredibly helpful and accommodating. I would definitely come back and stay at this hotel. They made our stay so comfortable.

Location is excellent. Staff is very helpful. The breakfast offers a wide array of salty or sweet food. I did enjoy the gym whose unique layout combines indoor and outdoor spaces; it offers a reasonable selection of exercise machine/equipment.

It would have been nice to have water dispensers on each floor.

The hotel is very well-located on the waterfront with nice shore paths in both directions toward Playa del Duque (east) and La Caleta (west). It is recently refurbished, stylish, clean, and beautiful. The three pools are perfect, saltwater and freshwater. Plenty of sunbeds. Free parking inside the hotel. Fantastic breakfast buffet. Lovely staff. Good service. Good facilities. Spacious room with comfortable bed. Terrace with view over garden and pool area and partly ocean.

Poor entertainment in the evenings and the bar was almost deserted as a result.

However, we were unaware that parking inside the hotel was free, which was a bit of a missed opportunity. We ended up parking in front of the hotel instead. It’s convenient for us though. Last day we knew it, so we parked in the hotel finally…… Our room was spacious, and the duvet and mattress were incredibly comfortable. Despite a minor issue with flooding in the shower on our last day, the handyman quickly fixed the problem within a minute, which was a bit strange but efficient. I wish to know the brand of the duvet and sheet .

Our experience at the hotel was fantastic. The staff were all smart and cheerful, and it was evident that they were well-trained as they knew who we were wherever we walked. The hotel had a lovely touch with a drawing for our baby moon, which made us feel very welcome. The fresh juice and coffee at breakfast were excellent, and the pool was a highlight with its two parts - saltwater and soft water. The hotel's interior design was Instagram-worthy, with a fantasy theme that added to the overall ambiance. Overall, the hotel was stylish, new, clean, and flawless. We will definitely be returning in the future, especially with our baby.

Unfortunately, overtourism is an issue in the region of Los Cristianos / Playa de las Americas / Adeje. However, Tivoli Caleta is very well located in the more quiet and less congested area of Adeje. Unlike in Playa de las Americas you may even be able to park in the street (the hotel is also offering valet parking) and you reach TF-1 motorway without congestion for any kind of excursions. The hotel is not that big as other huge hotel complexes in the area and is thus offering more privacy and calm. The hotel is located at the waterfront and you can easily reach Playa del Duque in three minutes via the shore path. Very comfortable and spacious rooms with terrace. Personnel highly professional and friendly. Excellent breakfast. La Caleta with fine restaurants (e.g. Masía del Mar) is in walking distance.

The hotel complex is very nice and the service is excellent. The pools and garden are beautiful. There are enough sunbeds for all guests. Rooms are modern and with style. We will be back.

Very little! One small point would be to suggest staff retraining occasionally - in some areas, noteably the bars, some of them were more interested in chattiing amongst themselves than watching to see who came in and sat down and needed serving. Several times we had to go to the bar and order ourselves.

Breakfast was amazing and all the food was good. Room was exceptional with lovely views. Gardens to the hotel are beautiful and very well laid out.

The spa wasn’t open but this didn’t affect our stay too much as the rest of the hotel is lovely with heated pool etc.
