Food quality- acceptable on the budget side but very good choice. Smell in the room - got away after 3 days. Half of facilities on indoor swimming pool switched off. Prices in the bar when not All inclusive. 6.50 for non alcoholic beer. In general I did not like some things but I would stay again due to great location and other thinks we liked.

Nice place to stay with children . Mini golf, indoor pool etc. Plenty of parking spaces around the hotel in February. Big, spacious and comfortable rooms. Very good looking place. Very helpful and professional staff both in the reception and the one looking after the rooms.

Kids club and kids pool were fantastic. The girls running the entertainment for the children were wonderful, they really made it an enjoyable experience. Great location. Lots of pools to choose from and great facilities for cyclists.

Amazing place to stay. Great 2-bedroom appartament, with a nice view. Very helpful staff. Nice animations on the swimming pool. Great location, close to nice beach and attractive area with shops.

Diverse buffet with good quality but low choice of red meet.

Many attractions and entertainment for young children (pirate boat, mini disco, evening shows) and adults (tennis, basketball, football, mini golf). The key bracelet was very convenient to pay and to open our room.

It’s a little tired in places, like around the pool, and the playground (please change the flooring to something that isn’t hot on little bare feet). Could have done with bowls in the little room kitchenette. Our children had cereal from coffee cups, minor but would be good. Setting the alarm for 7am to get sun beds. Hated it but we had to become ‘those people’. Play club was small and limited.

Great breakfast facilities. Lots of activities for children under 10. Good location. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Resort was clean. We stayed in room 1129, the queen suite. Great outside space.

It's very kid friendly. As an adult couple, it was hard to escape the noise from the nearby children's play zone and the constant activities. This would be great if travelling with children, but we would look somewhere else for an adult-only holiday spot.

The adults only pool was wonderful - the beds were comfy and had a good amount of shade, and the pool itself was the perfect temperature and depth. The breakfast buffet had a lot of choice, although I would prefer if larger glasses for drinks were available - I had to go back many times to get enough juice! We didn't try the evening food. Our room was a really good size and the balcony was great for drying swimsuits. The staff were all excellent and super helpful - checking us in at 4am when our flight was horribly delayed!

The location was superb and the facilities were excellent for our Ironman preparation. The staff were supportive and the maintenance crew were quick to fix a minor problem in the kitchen. It was great to have evening entertainment.

No option to recycle your waste in your room therefore water bottles etc. were going in general waste

Not much for teenagers. We ate in the buffet on one evening, there is a big selection but the food was only OK,most of the items I chose were luke warm,the chips seemed to be the freshest & warmest. Both of my kids were sick afterwards but we are not sure it was from that or something else.

Fantastic hotel for anyone with young kids. They will be entertained from morning to night with the kids club,playground,pools, pirate ship,kids disco & entertainment. We were in block 4 and although the view isint great we did have a fantastic pool which was like a private pool just for our block. Pool towels are free & can be exchanged daily. Also you get a wrist band as your room key,so handy! It is about a 5 minute walk to the beach & it is beautiful. There are also a host of beach front restaurants there,and a playground on the beach. Again great for younger kids.

We booked a rooftop room with outdoor jacuzzi. Well worth it. Everything catered for on site. Staff and hotel were lovely. We had a great time and would highly recommend.

There was consistently long wait for drinks. There didn’t seem to be enough bar staff. The entertainment didn’t cover 12-16 year olds which was a shame.

The kid’s loved the swimming pool and the orb spent hours happily in it. Great location good proximity to beaches, port and restaurants.

Air conditioning in the rooms is terrible making it very uncomfortable in summer months. Beds are very soft and the place generally needs a bit of TLC.

Excellent facilities for families with young children. Close to beach, amenities and restaurants.

i hated the fact that all the sun loungers round the pool were taken by 8 in the morning this shouldn't be allowed it would make the holiday a lot more enjoyable if each room was allocated 2 sun loungers there was 4 of us and we done well if we could find one to share
