Needs some renovation and fresing up. In our room, bathroom sink had some issues with water. Breakfast was disappointing, would expect from Radisson Blue larger choice of vegetables (it's summer!) and fishes. It was good, but very basic to us.

The toilet brush was still a little dirty when we arrived, which was kinda nasty.

Breakfast was plentiful, service was excellent, and the location was ideal. Our room was fantastic, as was the bed! Overall, the hotel looked and felt fantastic; I would only stay there again. Its ratings are well-deserved!

missing eye for the detail, some aspects of the room looked a little too neglected/old, therefore room price a little too high; breakfast alright, but not too special;

The rooms are super big with lots of comfort. The staff is very friendly and the hotel is located beautifully on the water. The beds are very comfortable, as well as the bathroom. The breakfast was great with lots of choice. The location is very close to the city center and it is easy to reach shops or bars and restaurants from there. Only a small walk to the trainstation (15 min)

It was a little hard to navigate, but that was mostly my fault. The little key card is used for almost everything. The elevator, the door, and even the lights. Took me a little to learn that, but once I did, it was fine.

Every Staff member was really friendly, and spoke good English. The restaurant was clean, and the facilities were too. Overall a rememberable experience, and would most likely come again when I am out there once more.

Bathroom was not great considering the price (would have preferred a shower booth over a bathtub), poor shower water pressure and stiff faucet (hard to turn knobs with soapy hands). The room air conditioning kept the room a bit too cold and dry and it could not be adjusted.

Beautiful waterfront location in a building with cool architecture. Very comfortable bed. Great view. Curtains allowed darkening the room in the bright Finnish summer nights. Lovely breakfast buffet.

Charged 40€ for an extra guest despite booking a double room! Parking price is very steep even if a guest. Noisy dogs in rooms nearby. Shower not very good.

The service was extraordinary and all employees more than friendly and all with a smile on their face. Especially I want to mention Simo in the breakfast room, who filled all my wishes immediately. When I mentioned that the room is very cold, he brought me a blanket within few minutes. This hotel will be the only one for our next stays in Turku.
