The air conditioning was too cold and it was not possible to adjust it. The fee for parking (23 euros/24h) is all too high.

The room was large, clean. So was the bathroom.

Breakfast was average finnish hotel breakfast, table served coffee and tea were AWFUL and breakfast staff were not helpful. Room was dirty dust and other stuff which comes on the bottom of peoples shoes.

Location was a good one (Next to Aura river). Receptionist was great customer servicer and helpful. Rooms view to river was as promised. Beds were comfortable.

My bead was not done well, I almost considered to go to the administration about it. I must admit it is first time during my all stays in the hotel. Additionally, my desk chair was broken, I am glad I did not fall during a zoom call. Also, the dust pin was broken, one could not open it with foot.

Location was perfect. In the center, beautiful river side. Breakfast was nice. The design of the hotel was pleasant.

Room was not cleaned well, there was an empty water bottle in our bed when we arrived and bathroom was not clean.

- what they call “super breakfast” it’s a disappointment; - the cleanliness of the access corridors to the rooms is disgraceful; - we didn’t know the bar close at 21:00… and at 21:03 they refused to serve a drink without any flexibility and in an aggressive tone; - the front desk treated us like third class citizens; - the effort to accommodate a simple request like checking out 30 minutes later was denied without a single effort by the receptionist (she didn't even take care to disguise it by looking to the computer); - the friendliness of the reception is null on the edge of bad manners; - the customer service is non-existent!!!

Furniture from 20 years ago. Deteriorated. Bathroom from the 70s. I asked for a quiet room and was given the opposite (street with traffic). My colleagues, arriving after me, recieved quiet rooms without asking. Maybe the key is not to ask. At best a 3 stars hotel.

The bed was nice and confy. Good water pressure @ shower. Breakfast staff was nice.

Noise cancellation was poor, both between rooms and through window. Room was rather old and dated.

We upgraded and stayed at the superior double room with a river view. After breakfast the first morning we couldn’t access our room any longer because the card lock stopped working. Had to switch rooms. The A/C in the second room didn’t work because the buttons didn’t respond, though first they tried to tell us everything is ok. After sending the maintenance worker they realized that it was broken indeed and offered to switch rooms again in the evening. No compensation or any other way to make it up was offered to us besides free breakfast though we already had the breakfast access… oh, after all of that, they couldn’t find us a wine bottle opener.

The location is superb and situated nicely next to the river. Breakfast was really good. Easy to get around and enough parking if travelling by car.

Noisy street, and sadly windows were not blocking out the noise. Furniture is OK, but overall a bit dated - you could say that it is what you get in these types of hotels. Could not get proper coffee from the bar because they did not have oat milk (during breakfast they did have it). The bed was OK, but had better night sleeps elsewhere. Aircon for heating was a tad noisy to my liking, coupled with noises coming from the other room also didn't help.

The location was great, close to the centre. The breakfast selection was good, but nothing special - meets the basic expectations. Shower pressure, toiletries etc. and overall cleanliness were also at the level that you'd expect from a Radisson.

For some reason they don't have the mattress pads on top of the mattresses.

But everything else was superb. I really loved the steak and the staff was just an absolute delight to work with. They offered me a King with a view of a river. They comped me a free meal, and my juice. Really some of the most incredible, genuine and friendly people I have ever met.

We paid over 200€ per night to stay in the hotel and we checked in after 3 pm and the room was still lacking sheet to the bed… the 200€ night didn’t even include breakfast so it was really bad value for the money
