“A beautiful hotel set in glorious grounds. There was plenty of parking, an outdoor swimming pool, indoor spa, beautiful lounge, bar area and restaurant.
Our room was nicely decorated and well equipped. We wish we had had more time to fully utilise the facilities.
Breakfast was good too.
The receptionist and breakfast waitress were both charming and welcoming.

We weren't expecting a restaurant and bar but it turned out there was one and we had an exceptionally nice meal that evening that was very reasonable priced. I would highly recommend this. It even had a 'Cognac' menu which we had to sample of course as we were staying in Cognac!”
