Ours was a family room with the beds for kids on a mezzanine over the bathroom: very nice for kids, but the iron protection for the ladder was just at one’s head height and rather dangerous.

The hotel is in a beautiful place and I regret we could stay just one night. There is plenty of parking space and a garden to relax. The girls at the reception and at the restaurant were very nice. We decided to have dinner there and were satisfied with it. The room was ok, a bit small for a longer stay, with a balcony.

The dinner was good value for money, but the breakfast was disappointing. No hot meals prepared (eggs, bacon, sausages...), also no meat plates at all. For people who like to eat savory, hot meal breakfasts, this would be very disappointing. Also, espresso coffee (there is a bar!) is not an option, only filter coffee available. Be careful and check your receipt - we agreed to take the half-board, which has a lower price, but the lady at the check-out wanted to charge us the usual a la carte order.

Great location, nice facility, the room was clean and spacious, good value for money. In-house restaurant where our family had a good, if not great dinner, as the chef's attention is on local products.

Really good overnight stop or good base for exploring the area. Very clean comfortable room with tea and coffee making facilities. Warm despite the very cold weather outside. Amazing view of the Puy de Dôme. Dogs welcome. Very helpful young man on reception who also served our tasty evening meal. Adequate breakfast and demi pension very good value. Highly recommend this lovely hoel

Quite a basic ‘Hostel’ feel to the hotel. They could make outside area to right less like a field

It would be nice to be given more information at check-in. We nearly missed breakfast on the first day as we didn't know the timings. We were also surprised that the checkout time was unusually early (8am) which we have never seen anywhere else

Wonderful location close to lots of walking routes. The room was very comfortable with a good shower. We had a view of the Puy du Dôme from our balcony. It is very useful having the restaurant on site so we could enjoy nice local food in the evening. There is also a nice selection of local beer and wine which I always like when travelling in France. We stayed for two nights. Would definitely return if I was in the area again.

Fantastic option for a family overnight stay. Great staff, great food, exceptional local wines & beers and fantastic rooms. Kids loved their stay with fantastic views from the balcony.

No restaurants or shops in the neighborhood. The noise of the shutting doors of the other rooms is very loud and wakes you up if you are still sleeping.

Friendly personnel, in the middle of the nature. A playground allows a good number of activities for the free time. Possibility to have dinner in the restaurant. Close to Vulcania e Puy de Dome

Stayed here on a recent road trip. The hotel is easy to find with ample free car parking. The rooms are clean, comfortable, well appointed and quiet. The restaurant serves good quality food at a good price.

There was very little not to like. My only problem was eating in the conservatory room. It was cold and the heating was not on. After spending the day outside, I needed to feel warmer whilst eating.

Most importantly for me, it was spotlessly clean. The location was great for our needs, close to Vulcania and Puy de Dome. We had an evening meal and the food was excellent. So too was the breakfast. The staff were extremely busy, but kept smiling when we arrived during the dinner service.
