The hotel and the room are old and not the same as the photo. The hotel is located on the top of the mountain so if you don't have a private car. It will be complicated. The swimming pool was very cold and very small. You need to reant the towels for swimming pool that normally other hotel usually offer this for free. It's much smaller than I expected from the photo. As the hotel is located on the top of the mountain and far from everything. So it's difficult to get to the restaurant even if you got a car or even to order the food by app. Yes, the hotel was offered the dinner, but the menu wasn't variety. The breakfast wasn't good and suitable for all ppl. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. It was not worth the price.

The staff was great. The room was ok. We got the connect rooms with our kid. The mountain view was great. You can see the town from the parking. The toilet was very big.

Bathrooms need a deep clean ....

It was a beautiful day with my family in this hotel. Near the hotel is a wonderful forest. We also took a walk with our children there. Unfortunately, I cannot say anything of SPA, because we didn't have time for this. But I'm sure, if we go to Colmas Christmas Market again, this hotel will be my favourite again. Thank you for this nice evening and day!

Breakfast was the same every day, there wasn't even the slightest variation and there wasn't much choice. There are basically no vegetables, just a few pieces of tomato for decoration. There was no fridge in our room. The hairdryer is not the best for women with long hair. In the 33-degree summer, we got thick duvets.

The location is excellent, the staff were friendly and helpful and spoke several languages. The bed was comfortable and the view was amazing. There are lovely walks from the hotel. Dinner was delicious.

Hotel is dated. Badly needs a revamp but then that's probably reflected in the price.

Staff, both Bertrand and Tariq were really helpful and friendly. The pool was nice too. It was spotlessly clean.

Missing English translation of daily menu (maybe have a few a la Carte dishes, to embrace more possibilities of eating) To early closing of the wellness area (I know it's due to lack of staff, but adults likes to stay there later)

Pillows a bit too dense, but this seems to be common throughout Europe.

The hotel staff was exceptional. We particularly enjoyed the manager, Wendy, who was very hands on and personable. She also speaks fluent English, which can be extremely helpful in small villages such as Trois Epis. The hotel was also spotless and airy and we loved sitting on the veranda overlooking the valley below for breakfast. We were very pleased and felt the hotel was a great value for the price.
