Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United KingdomThe overall area of the room could have been slightly larger but, its a room we are out all day and during the evenings so not an issue
The hotel is in the perfect location in Montmartre for sight seeing and getting around. It was so easy to get from the train station (although it is hill uphill) just a 5min walk from the Metro. The rooms are extremely clean & comfortable, great facilities and we had a great view over the rooftops of Paris and the Eiffel Tower. The breakfast buffet is very well stocked and laid out and someone is always on hand to assist if necessary. What makes the Hotel even better is the super friendliness and exceptional service of all the staff. Nothing was too much and they were all very engaging offering advice when asked, on where to go and what to eat. Special mention to Alessandra & Christophe who welcomed us in the morning and in the evening with great information and advice and the rest of the team also. We rarely go back to the same hotel as there is so much variety out there but we have immediately booked to go back twice next year. We wouldn't think of staying anywhere else in Paris

Loved the location. Terrific room - not huge - but well- equipped with nice seating, comfortable beds, excellent bathroom. Attractive and modern decor. Loved our window looking east with an expansive view. Staff was pleasant and helpful. The lobby area was comfortable for sitting and having a drink or snack.

Too many great things to say about this property and too little time to write! Where to begin? First the customer service is the best I have experienced at any hotel, period. The personal care my family received from Inès, Amel, and especially Alessandra was over the top. I must have modified my reservation a dozen times and I was only met with smiles and perfection. We were in town for my Daughter’s sweet 16 and they had decorated the room in celebration of that birthday. The property itself was beautiful, the amenities were numerous and you aren’t going to get a better location to explore Montmarte than this one. They also recommended some fantastic restaurants in the area as well. The rooms were beautiful, with beautiful views and plenty of space. Such a special experience to find an amazing property filled with amazing people.
