We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

SpainWe couldn't get our air conditioning to work, and the central location meant that having the window open was not possible as it was a bit too noisy.
Excellent location close to the harbour and shops. Very comfortable beds and perfectly adequate room size. Incredibly complete buffet breakfast. The staff were very friendly. Very nicely decorated hotel: modern with a young vibe.

FranceThe hairdryer in two out of our four rooms didn't work, the door cards for two out the four rooms didn't work either, when we returned the second evening. The receptionist was very rude to my friend qnd said that it must be her fault, she was using the card incorrectly. Only to find that the door needed new batteties, no apology given, very rude indeed.
The location, the hotel itself and its facilities well worth the money indeed. Fantastic breakfast, eat all you want.
