“From the moment of parking the car in the underground carpark then in the lift walking to reception. We were blown away absolutely amazing. The decor, the staff couldn’t do enough for you. We had a couple of nice drinks in there, then we were out for most of the time. We stayed in a suite with a kitchen and it was lovely. Bed was so comfy and the bathroom was spotless. If there was anything I could say a negative about it was the air conditioning. We did actually call maintenance, who was there in 10 minutes. He had a look but the air con was just stuck on 19 degrees. So maybe try and let that go down a few degrees. Would be perfect. Has a little cafe attached to it where you can sit outside with a coffee and people watch. Met some lovely people actually staying at the hotel. The whole stay was just great. We will be back nearer Christmas time again.”
