    “The room we had was small but clean and quiet, even if the shower room needed a lick of coat. The bed was one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in. All the room facilities were excellent, the breakfast was fabulous and all the little touches were so welcome, like the turn down service, the complimentary water every evening, the chocolates, slippers and bathrobes, but the best thing about the hotel was the atmosphere and staff. They genuinely couldn't do enough for you and no request was too much. There was a smile from everyone and it felt like you were old friends.”
