No heating on, very cold first couple of days, no non slip mat in Bath room this should be put in with towels, not have to be asked for, electricity in room failed altogether on.lazt night, no lights, no kettle, couldn't use anything. Staff were great, sheets and towels spotless, view from room second to none.

the music from the pub next door was too loud. It is unfair for people wanted to rest and enjoy the calm. No onsite parking.

Early checking in was told by hotel it was £10 PER PERSON which I thought was a bit excessive ......... ..extra £20 ..to book in a bit earlier after 1.00pm... I think it was . No where to put bath bags in bathroom shelf not big enough

Property requires refurbishment. Rooms were dull. There was no mixer in the washroom washbasin. It was a conventional arrangement of 2 different hot and cold tap which makes it very difficult to use mixed water.

Hotel is very dated, folding all the laundry in the bar area which made it a obstacle course to manoeuvre around. Hotel caters for the elderly and seems to be its main line of business. Hotel was expensive for 2 rooms for 1 night.

Tv was to small. Kept breaking up. Couldn’t get most of the channels. The entertainment they had was so loud couldn’t hear yourself talk In the room. When someone puts there tap on its so loud you thought it was in your bathroom sounded like a ship. really hard to find a parking spot outside hotel. Had to park a five minute walk away . Breakfast was ok a-bit small. Could do with helping yourself.

Where the property was the view was great. Clean rooms. was nice and big.

We were put in a room in which we had to walk through the bar and disco and they started playing very load music from around 9pm until about 11pm. We asked if we could change room but told it wasn't available. I had a 12 yr old child and my partner ended up with a massive headache due to the noise.

great older property.. nice and comfortable.. out of town along the seafront… so a lovely walk in .. definitely have a sea view room and listen to the sea with no traffic noise… it’s not the premier inn .. it’s a good old fashioned English seaside hotel. staff were nice and friendly.

The hotel need cleanliness as the beds were dirty, found hair and dirt on the sheets. I could not sleep due to unhygienic condition. The windows were full of dirt. The tv remote was dirty and hairy. The toilet couldn't flush out. I was very disappointed paid £115 for one night wasn't worth it. I wont go to this hotel again. They need to look after it. I asked the staff to warm the milk I gave them for my kids, when he brought back there was a hair in floating in the cup. I threw that milk. I really hated the experience I been through.

Only when they changed the bed room to the sea view. This was the only thing which I liked.

It in need of updating. Paint peeling holes in walls it was just so run down ..dinning area looked lovely and clean but rest of hotel was in poor condition and I paid quite a lot of money for 2 nights it was not worth it ..
