Cleanliness was awful ..opened door to look at lake the window was really bad, cigarette dumps left, no paint on window sills. Bathroom black mould in shower. Requires upgrading ..

The view was beautiful however our room faced the jacuzzi. Therefore we thought I wasn't private enough From our room and garden. The restraunt wasn't the cleanest In the morning The floor was covered in confetti from the night before And there was often a shortage of cutlery for breakfast.

If I’m being picky the mattress was a bit hard for my liking, would have preferred something with a bit more give. Also the tiled bench in the steam room was in need of some maintenance. About 200 missing mosaic tiles which need plugging

Breakfast was great, lots of choices. All the staff were friendly and polite and went the extra mile. I enjoyed using the spa, especially the outdoor jacuzzi and the views were great.

The food was a bit disappointing. Small portions for a very expensive evening meal. No muesli for the continental breakfast. Said they'd ran out of it.

Our room was like a furnace, far too hot couldn’t sleep was so hot…..For the cost of the 2 night stay at least SPA or full Breakfast menu should be included but it’s not , family SPA times are not the best either, value for money isn’t great at this hotel …..all your paying for is the nice view…..too many added extra expense that are always included at higher end hotels throughout the world I’ve been.

The miss communication with booking.com that breakfast was included. In fact it was a continental breakfast and a cooked breakfast was an extra charge. This was hidden in the small print and should have made clearer. All the staff were pleasant, but one member of staff was running in the restaurant area during breakfast. Not proffesional at all and dangerous with guests with hot coffee etc. The room smelt strongly of cleaning chemicals that could have been nicer. The towel rail didnt work and was rusty. Also was dissapointed that it was described as a spa hotel when the use of the facilities was an extra £20 again hidden in the small print.

The location and views from the room and hotel were amazing. The little private beach was very peaceful. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The cleanliness needs a lot of work, the carpets in the rooms and the restaurant are definitely in need of a good wash. The overall condition of the place is a bit run down but they were doing maintenance and painting the walls.

It was a shame the spa wasn’t included in the price and you had to pay extra for a cooked breakfast (though the continental breakfast was ample)

Fantastic view from bedroom, restaurant, bar, terrace and spa. Dinner in the restaurant was superb. Spa was very relaxing.

The property was very dated. The bathroom door in our room wouldn’t shut properly and there was a stain on the bedroom floor. The spa was an additional cost £20 for three hours per person per day and there was an additional charge for a cooked breakfast.

The location was great, the restaurant and the spa were nice. The staff were amazing, could not do enough for you especially in the restaurant.

I felt for the price (but i know that area is expensive) the room was small and not any more luxurious than a premier inn. The bed and pillows and bathroom average, size and quality as a premier inn. The breakfast was only continental, there was no honey and it was all self service. I could have paid for eggs or cooked food bit it was at least a further £10 The spa would have been an extra £20 if I hadn't had a massage and complained about the price. Booking. com didf not make it clear that the swimming pool and spa was a cost to be paid daily on use. I think had i gone as a couples stay i would have been disappointed. The spa was nice though the changing rooms tiny and very wet floors and humid for changing in. The hotel is worth staying at if you want a spa treatment, but a romantic bedroom stay NO! if my husband had been with me, it would have been disappointing as there was no luxury to the room for sitting in. As hoteliers i felt that the business is not pushing the boat out for their customers. More could be offered for the price.

The spa was what I needed after a busy 4 days. the views were good.
