Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomHotel is looking tired in most areas, the main bar in the restaurant has nothing on tap, just bottle beer doesn’t even sell sprite. Hotel room was tired . Main dining room was also tired, watermarks on table door to the kitchen could do with a paint job, floor could do with varnishing . Mixed bag when it comes to stuff.

United KingdomI was a little disappointed with the breakfast as there was no cold option on offer such as hams and cheeses. I was not offered orange juice but had to ask for it nor was I offered a second cup of coffee again having to ask for it. However the food on the not menu was well presented and tasteful.
This is my sort of hotel, situated in an ideal location in the High Street so close to the shops,bars and restaurants. The room and bathroom was spotlessly clean and the bed very comfortable. An old building with character and cosy atmosphere.
