"en suite" is actually the main bathroom (access through one of the rooms). "Kitchen facilities" consists of kettle, tea/coffee provided, microwave, couple of plates, very small fridge. Wasn't an issue for us BUT if you plan on eating/getting a take-away you could ask for some more plates & cutlery (they are just across the way). Make sure there are enough towels - again, I am sure they would give more if asked.

very clean, very comfy bed, good value for money, parking next to the accommodation, close to city centre by car. Friendly host. Excellent shower. Netflix worked great ! Great for a one night stay. 2 double beds (no sofa bed etc).

Unfortunately area not great and parking not as easy as stated. It's a small road with speed bumps and limited spaces. Felt a bit uneasy with the location of parking. TV was a bit awkward to navigate, a few more instructions would be handy.

Clean and had what was needed. Well equipped, tea and coffee making facility, linen, some towels and decor was modern and comfortable.

Cosy rooms with double beds and clean facilities with amenities like a kettle, coffee, microwave, cutlery and cleaning products. Very good communication with the owner, brilliant stay for one night and not far from the city centre in a car.

Although it had been cleaned prior to arrival I felt it was in need of a bit more tlc, there were little holes in the quilt cover, marks on the walls and carpet looked quite dirty in places. Couldn’t alter the heating setting so it did get quite warm while sleeping.

The host was really lovely and the place felt secure and safe, parking was a big plus for the price of the accommodation. I was really happy that there was a microwave and fridge in there which made it easier to feed my very fussy child.

Perfect for an overnight stay close to the city centre. Needed somewhere to stay for a wedding. Easy to park and check in - really helpful instructions provided. Big comfy bed, TV, fridge, kettle etc. Everything you need for a quick night or two.

Trivial, but for Rashid’s feedback: sofa a bit small and uncomfortable; no clothes hanging/storage space which might bother some guests - I lived out of my bag.

Spacious, s/c, private, warm, handy for uni and town, well filled tea and coffee tray plus microwave. Netflix provided, but very quiet flat - peaceful. Liked the new toothbrushes in bathroom touch. Come and go as you please. Helpful and welcoming owner - great communication at every stage of the process.

A good clean inexpensive place to stay while we were visiting Nottingham for the cricket. It was a short taxi ride to Trent Bridge and we walked to the Castle the following day in 30mins.

The flat only has one bathroom which is located in one of the rooms so you have to go past the other bed to reach it. It didn't bother us but it's not very clear on the listing and might be an issue for other people.

Quiet, comfy flat which is perfect for a night or two. The place was very clean with everything you need. Plenty of tea/coffee and plates & cutlery supplied incase you order a takeout. Beds were very comfortable and a nice bathroom. Great communication from the host and let us arrive a little earlier too. Good value for money.

The electric was going of which I could of been warned of as they was getting the electric fixed for a few hours and it was a little cold.

It was a good location for a night out and they was very flexible with the check in and check out times
