Breakfast was slightly chaotic and things running out but could forgive them for this as they said there were about 650 guests for breakfast. (what we had was good though, and good value for £13) No biscuits to go with tea and coffee

In the bar told decaf coffee was not available. The coffee machine actually had decaf coffee written on it in large letters which I pointed out to the server. She appeared not to know her job. Very strange..

Bar seriously understaffed for guests returning from concert but staff handled the situation very well. Unfair to put them under such pressure

The rooms weren't cleaned beds weren't made, the bathroom never cleaned, couldn't even remove empty toilet roll and put new one on. Cups for tea and coffee weren't changed or even cleaned. Bathroom a little tired sink had chips around it and stained. Shower very weak.

Hotel in good location for our need. Lovely hotel and staff amazing nothing was to much trouble. Felt so welcome.

Was noisy first night with people outside the hotel until 2 am ,not good when your first floor and window open .

Room bright and cheerful although a little smaller than anticipated. ( Nice and clean thought). Bathroom a little outdated and needed some small maintainance around the base of the sink. The block to the right of the sink. The skirting board, at the toilet end of the bath needs a little maintainance. I was surprised the water that could be purchased at reception was over £2. Nothing that spoilt the experience though.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable. Nice selection of teas.

Very tired bathroom that required a re-fit, no plug sockets on one side of the bed. No Air con, room was very hot and had to have the window open all night which meant some disturbance. Photos are all in the bathroom FYI

Room too hot. No air con. Windows didn't open (understandably) so no ventilation Unable to turn off bathroom light. Can hear people talking in next room. Breakfast exceptionally busy, lack of some foods.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Although things weren't perfect would definitely stay here again, perhaps in a lower floor room.

food and drink prices way over priced, 1 member of bar staff on a lunchtime on her own who seemed very inexperienced

Location was good for concert at arena, some really friendly helpful staff, especially Sam , Parking across the road very convenient, at a reduced price if staying at the hotel. See pic for how close it is to the arena view from bedroom window. If we were to stay again we would have food before we got there and take a bottle for the room

The bathroom was dirty, the grout on the tiles just made me shower when I got home because I did not feel clean, the box at the sink on the floor was nasty dirty silicone around it very grubby. The size of the bath was great for a 2/3 year old it was tiny I don’t truly know what the point of it was. Did concern me what the pillows and mattress could be like I chose not to look but the bed was very comfortable. There was no air conditioning in the room it was hot. There was no fridge in the rooms There was no net curtains at the windows so no privacy especially in my room facing the courtyard area you could look directly in to other rooms so it was either curtains open or closed, not ideal when you want to see the sun. Breakfast Apple juice seemed very weak actually felt it was watered down - White bread ran out and wasn’t replenished as breakfast was nearly over Pastries were not replenished either Breakfast choices just seemed very limited for what they charge. Friends hairdryer didn’t work cable had been damaged in the drawer - hidden hazard

Staff were lovely friend,y and welcoming, reception restaurant and bar were lovely clean and modern location was really good. Cooked breakfast was very good
