Upon check out I was asked if I would like to make some voluntary contribution towards the service. Something I’ve not been asked about before so this was a bit strange. I had paid quiet enough for my room for the one night and as I had spent all of the day out in London I hadn’t requested anything extra. Hotel was no different from anywhere else. Staff were pleasant , perhaps not the most welcoming.

The location so close to London Bridge station is a bonus . As are all of the nice restaurants en route to the hotel. Hotel was comfy but no difference to any other hotels I’ve stayed at in London.

The choice at breakfast could be slightly better.

Very spacious room and good layout, with good lighting, unlike quite a lot of newer hotels. The bathroom was also a great size, with good space for toiletries and a great shower and thought has obviously gone into the design as there was a hole in the glass door which allows you to turn on the shower without stepping into first and could also be used for hanging your towel. Staff were really friendly and helpful.

Comfortable and modern room with an excellent view of the popular landmarks. The bed was very comfortable and the complimentary snacks, water and juice were a lovely touch. It was close to some amazing restaurants and borough market which is what we came for! Overall we loved our stay and would recommend this hotel.

The need to pay for a Damage deposit that I was not aware of before arriving, don't think the confirmation email mentioned it...the hotel does not accept cash so I had to use my card...it was refunded after but still would've been good to know Didn't enjoy the coffee , the breakfast was a bit underwhelming aside from the pasteries, I feel its a bit pricy for what I got but that's london for you Wished the rooms had safe boxes Kept putting towels on floor to have them replaced to find them put back on the rack, confused me a bit but perhaps it was not dirty enough to be replaced

Air con could have been more effective - the room got very warm in the evenings.

There appeared to be no bar open which was a shame as it was only 7.30pm when I arrived so I felt I had to go out.

Location was great just off Bermondsey Street and next to a range of bars and eateries! About 15 minutes walk from London Bridge tube and the shard. Very clean and modern and the beds were out of this world! I had a deluxe room which had so many complimentary items, such as toothbrush, water, coffee etc.

Terrible music in ground floor cafe and restricted service outside of the breakfast period (so we were not able to use it).

Doubleroom with a balcony was modern and comfortable. The location was quiet, overlooking the pedestrian square. Sainsbury Local conveniently just across the square. !5 minute walk from the Bridge Theatre.

They had a mice infestation in the dining area during my stay. Mice could be seen running from the dining area to the reception/lobby area. They have dog food in the reception/lobby on the left ofvthe lobby/reception as you walk in as they accept dogs. In my view, this is a food supply for the mice. If owners need food for their dogs, then alternative arrangements should be made.

We had a suite, but i would class as a large double. The room layout was awkward, with the chairs blocking the door to the balcony.

I know the area wanted to visit, so the location and proximity to restaurants was great.

In the middle of residential area, hard to find. Far from underground station but accessible with buses. Not hot breakfast.

I had to pay a deposit at the start which I was told I would get back at the end of my stay. I didn't mind the deposit but at the end I was asked if I would like to leave it as a tip. I said yes as I didn't want to appear rude or mean but I don't like being asked. More fool me.
