I booked a room with an extra sofa bed, but the sofa bed was not made. But they were very helpful and offered an extra bedroom instead.

The staff was very helpful. We left our luggage early at hotel and they had no problem to keep it for us. Checking in was good. Reception was informative and helpful at check in. Very helpful when we went back to reception as the sofa bed I asked for was not in room. They offered us another bedroom instead of sofa bed, so we each had our own room, which was very nice. Breakfast was very good.

The staff were friendly and welcoming. Easy check in and out, the room was ready when we got there ( extra points for being ready for early check in). Rooms clean and comfortable and spacious. Great location just down from the northern line (London bridge) no noise at night. Some good views from room. Can't say about the food as we didn't eat here but was busy every morning so can only assume good. Would recommend and would stay again.

No wardrobe in superior twin room. 3 hangers for 2 people so one of us used chair and I had to put clothes on table. No safe in room. Need instructions in rooms re how to regulate heat/air conditioning. Desk chair in both rooms booked had taken paint off the walls.

Staff were fantastic. Quiet location for a big city. Very comfortable beds and pillows. Fabulous choice at breakfast so they have the most important things right.

Beds are a bit soft.

Nice Hotel in a colorful, vibrant area with beautiful small shops and restaurants in old brick buildings formerly used as warehouses. Good breakfast buffet. Good transport links (e.g. bus #C10 to Waterloo, #42 Liverpool Street Station (20min) (each directly at the hotel) or London Bridge Train and Tube Station (10-15min walk). The Tower Bridge, Butlers Wharf area or Borough market are also in a relaxing and convenient 15min walking distance. Local Sainsbury Store just in front of the Hotel.

There was insects in the room, and small cockroaches there a lot of them was in the room. The room had no windows to open and smell fresh air and this was the worst thing I have had during my stay, I ordered a takeaway breakfast and the quality was very poor, their breakfast quality itself is very poor and no diversity a few options are available. Another point for some reason the toilets in the lower floor was locked and you need a card to open it which was very difficult to get especially if you have already check and waiting for your taxi

Staff is very friendly, there is a nearby restaurant that has good variety of food, there is a Market and nearby pharmacy too, the location is perfect

Communal areas are a let-down. Decor in the rooms needs a lift. But my room had a nice area to work in and was extremely clean.

It was comfortable for an overnight stay for work. Access to fresh air through a window ventilator would be a good idea.

For an overnight stay for work, this was fine. It was convenient and had a good view of the skyline of London. Room was quiet, had a desk with nice chair, and a coffee maker, hair dryer, heated towel rail (sufficiently hot to heat the whole room) bedside lamp, mirrors, spacious shower, biscuits, iron and ironing board and, best of all, a fridge. There were hangers, and a large window and a nice dressing gown and slippers to wear, which is a nice touch. Little Sainsbury's directly across the square is very handy. It was clean.

The room (as well as the breakfast room that is close to the entrance and reception) are not 4-star. A good 3-star is. Breakfast is definitely improvable, little choice and no products of particular quality. Overall the stay went very well and so I recommend this hotel

The location of the hotel is great, you can walk to Tower Bridge and get around the rest of the city with ease as the hotel is close to bus stops of major routes. The small square below is pleasant (there is an antique market on Thursdays) and there is a supermarket across the street (useful). Also near the hotel are small restaurants, pubs, and several clubs. Very good room cleanliness.

Only disappointment I had was the fact the neighbouring room was very loud until about 3/4am. After asking them to keep it down they still did not and kept us up quite a bit.

Only UK plugs in the room, and the staff could not provide an adapter. There was only one usb socket in the lobby to charge the phone, thus we had to buy a UK charger on our own. The bathroom had no window and no ventilation instruments
