We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Unfortunately the lift was broken the day of our stay but on reaching my room on the top floor the view far outweighed the exertion given my health issues. I think the menu needs a bit of work and additional choice, despite that my fish & chips was very tasty, fresh and beautifully cooked. The staff were all very friendly and my thanks especially goes to Nicki on Reception who went out of her way to help me with my luggage as I had my dog with me. She also sorted the SatNav on my phone so I could arrive at my destination free from all worry.

Amazing views from the room, situated just out of the way of the busy town but close enough to walk. Great facilities in the Hotel spa and loved the breakfast every morning too.
