Very minor points - The restaurant is no longer there which was disappointing as it looked beautiful on the website. The website and advertising say that it is and this is misleading. Also dozens of cats begging/scrapping for food from the table at breakfast was annoying for some guests. The staff tried to shoo them away but they kept returning. Fine if you’re a cat lover.

Staff were wonderful, so helpful and accommodating. Exceptional customer service. The location to the Town, beach and the Acropolis was just perfect. Our room was spacious, comfortable and so clean and decorated beautifully in lindian style. Stunning views from the hotel. Lovely choice of breakfast.

Everything was outstanding.

A very special hotel and gardens, beautifully decorated in traditional Greek style. Plus ideally situated in a peaceful scenic area with easy access to beaches and tourist attractions. Georgina and the hotel staff are excellent with a superb attention to detail. They did everything possible to look after us as guests. The comprehensive breakfast with views across the bay, with the ancient acropolis behind was a real treat. We had a really memorable stay and hope to return again in future.

There was nothing I did not like.

This hotel has an especially relaxing ambiance and interesting design detailing. The welcome, communication and attentiveness of the hotel team was first rate.

The room was a little dark and a bit chilly at night in October (although this must be perfect in the height of summer) and extra blankets were provided.

Staff were lovely, especially Georgia, super kind and helpful. Location is tranquil, views are fantastic and room was amazing, decorated in traditional style! The attention to detail, the complimentary wine for my birthday, messages and treats were much appreciated. Breakfasts on the terrace were lovely.

There was nothing to dislike, every detail was thought of.

This hotel was fantastic in every way, I would highly recommend it. Beautifully decorated rooms with everything you could need. Clean beach towels were provided every day and room was spotless with fresh flowers on your bed each night. The staff at the Melenos were lovely and could not do enough for you. Special mention for Vasillia, Christina and Georgia. The location was great and a few minutes walk into the town and down to the beach. Lovely breakfast with lots of choice, served in a beautiful garden with fantastic views. This hotel is a real find and we would love to come back.

The WiFi connection was not that stable. But on the other hand, this diverted our focus from our phones. Therefore, not a big problem after all :)

The hotel itself is full of unique sceneries with beautiful decorations and facades. The room was really cozy and comfy to stay in. Amazing Greek breakfast à la carte with a wide range of choices. The location is also unbeatable with just a few minutes' walk from the Acropolis. Most importantly, Georgia and her colleagues were extremely attentive and helpful and made our stay such a delight. We would definitely stay here again next time we visit Lindos.

I liked everything.

Everything - from start to finish - was a delight. The room was stunning (we stayed in room 9); the bed was super-comfortable; the breakfast absolutely delicious; the views incredible; and most of all the staff were exceptional. They could not do enough to make sure we were happy and comfortable. I am sure I won’t include everyone (so apologise in advance) but Georgia, Vassalia, Christina, Prosinee (sorry about the spelling!), Maria, Mary, Bruna, Meris…they were all fantastic. If you need total relaxation, the best sleep ever, the most delicious breakfast and the best views - don’t miss this place! I miss it already…

I honestly had a super time so there is definitely nothing I didn't like. if I really had to pick something, maybe it would be nice if there was a bar for sunset drinks ( nice cocktail or wine). Before COVID they had a restaurant too, hopefully they will reopen it at some point. Nevertheless be assured the breakfast was delicious!

For the owners: it would be great to have a place to wash feet once you enter hotel premises after the beach( maybe at the back door) as you bring a lot of sand and it’s hard for cleaners to clean I think.. and can get pipes blocked perhaps.

We had a great stay, staff was very friendly and welcoming ready to help if you need anything. The hotel is really nice, we also had a very spacious room with terrace so once kids were asleep we could enjoy our time together) the location is great as it’s a bit far from the corwds so no noise in the evenings. Hotel also has great views over the bay. Breakfast was also nice with fresh juice fruits, you can order omelettes eggs etc.. it is also served which I really like as nobody is walking around with plates. I would recommend to stay here for a few nights to explore bays, lindos and just treat yourself with a nice stay.
