extremely small room without wardrobe. the double bed was actually two single mattresses with a duvet on top, you can totally feel the separation, and harder and as uncomfortable as sleeping on the floor. breakfast is a joke.

As excepted, the room was quite small. there’s no space to store large suitcases. there’s storage space under the bed for medium/small sized luggages. There’s also no wardrobe/drawers for clothes. I stayed for 10nights and used the window ledge to place my clothes. The beds are standard ‘single’, so won’t be comfortable for persons of a larger size. And the mattresses are on the firmer side. I think this is pretty standard in HK. DO NOT buy the hotel breakfast (unless it’s included as free), the option is limited to basic continental items, with a few hot items. For the price charged, you can get a more authentic HK breakfast at any nearby cafes!

The location is great! It’s has easily access to the bus and tram within 5mins walk. The MTR (subway) is within 10mins walk. There are many eateries/cafes/restaurants within 5mins walk of the hotel. I booked a room with city view and was assigned to floor 35 and the view was great! WiFi worked great at the hotel.

Hotel blocked my funds for the first night on the credit card without asking, although I chose option paying cash on the arrival. Then I paid full amount in cash on the arrival and they informed me that funds on credit card will return in 3-4 weeks. Very small room. Mould in the shower

Tiny room, minimal facilities and not exactly a classic hotel style entry. Not enough room to open suitcase on the floor, but this will apply to most hotels in HK.

Good value for Hong Kong and central location. WiFi worked well and a nice view if you can get one of the higher levels. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Fridge didn't get cold enough and it was too small to be useful. Beds were not that soft and the room is on the small end for two people.

Staff was very helpful - helping me get a power adapter even when stock had just run out! The room service staff was friendly too.

small room. small TV. But it'sokay exept cockroaches. we stayed the 21st floor which still have cockroaches. the 1st night i found cockroache's egg already hatched and so many tiny baby cockroaches are moving around the small shelf of tea and coffee. we fight and killed cockroaches grownups from the 2nd day to the last day. Anything's okay exept that.

It’s pitifully small. We wanted 2 twin beds. We got them but they were put immediately next to each other like one queen size bed.

It has a small fridge inside our room. It’s located in the center of the busiest part of the city.

The bedding is hard. The room is very small and do not have a wardrobe The breakfast is not up to the mark (as per my colleague) and does not include options The AC was not effective. The knob was not working.

The staffs were very courteous and helpful. I had issue with the Wi-Fi and the team was quick to respond to get the issue resolved. The place is close to the Times Square and there is a local meat market and vegetable market nearby.
