The litter in the street immediate to the Hotel and the lack of footpaths … this is a LGA Issue and can’t be seen as Hotel management issue

A little bit noisy neighborhood at night. It is not super noisy but you can hear the music until late night. If you are intended to sleep early it may not be convenient.

Convenient location, walking distance to many bars and food spots and also to the beach and Petitenget temple. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable with a good size balcony. Breakfast was decent. Staff is nice.

The pool is beautiful and the hotel layout with the pool is lovely and unique. The only thing is, there's only 4 seats at the pool for the whole of the hotel so if you don't manage to get one, there's nowhere else to sit around the pool area. You have to walk past a lot of the rooms to get to upstairs where our room was and only some of the rooms have direct pool access which sadly, ours didn't. The staff were nice but not around much, went to go purchase from the bar area a few times and there would be no one there. The room was kept clean and the bed was comfy.

There's some sort of rooster farm close to the hotel, so the first night I didn't have ear plugs and couldn't get much sleep. Also the swimming pool doesn't have a lot of space to lay around it

The team who work there were super friendly and super attentive and helpful! My brother got bali belly and front of house were super, super helpful!! The location was absolutely perfect! Not too far in the hustle and bustle and absolute walking distance to everything or a 5 minute gojek down the road!!

Only one size towels - no hand towels or wash cloths. The cleaning could be better. The TV was fuzzy - it needed a new cord bc the cord was broken. Someone came to look at it but replacing it was out of the question. The water collected in the shower and nothing was done when I complained about it.

Firstly, I can't judge a hotel by the guests staying there, but there was a REALLY REALLY loud drunk guy who woke up the whole floor. He was going off for at least 30 mins in the middle of the night. I wish the staff had done more. They came up apparently (I was too scared to leave my room but a friend staying in another room opened his door and said that there were staff there talking to him) but had no effect. Only when my (male) friend yelled at him did he go into his room and shut up.

Price and location were pretty good. Options of twin beds can be hard to find but they provided.

The drinks were expensive at the hotel, also the pool area is very nice but there are no sun beds so we never used it because no where to relax. Our shower flooded the bathroom after just few minutes. There is really loud music coming from nearby club every night until 2-3AM so sleeping was no good.

Room was spacious and cleaned everyday upon request. The hotel also let us have late check out for a small fee which was totally worth it if you pay half a day you have until 5pm. Location was good close to everything especially if you have a scooter.
