The window in the room cannot be open, and they didn't even allow us to open the curtains, so we have to be on the dark, because otherwise people could see inside. Like that should be our problem? The mini fridge on the room was soooo laud we have to unplug it, but ofc that generates melting water in the room.

Very stylish hotel and clean, comfortable rooms. Wonderful, attentive staff. Very nice on site restaurants, plenty of choice. Excellent spa with very aesthetic space to relax and unwind, very good facilities with the indoor pool and sauna/steam rooms and hot/cold plunge pools. Would definitely recommend and stay again if in the Jakarta airport area.

Nothing - it was all good

Lovely hotel to stay in overnight while en route to Borneo. Great restaurant for breakfast and dinner, shuttle to airport was free (although we didn't know there was a free shuttle until we got to hotel), quiet and friendly staff.

Almost none, but if I can give some words of feedback; it would be great if the hotel could mention in the booking agreement that a security deposit of Rp 500,000 was required upon check-in. The breakfast area; the continental options were superb, however, the local (Indonesian) options were almost hidden from the plain sight that we totally missed it.

Upon arrival at the airport, the free shuttle from the hotel had been waiting for us. The check-in process was smooth. The hotel room was clean and the bed was comfy too. Breakfast was superb with plenty of options. The free shuttle was also available from the hotel to take us back to the airport for our next flight.

The room was only just bigger than the size of the bed. I would have paid extra for an upgrade had we been offered one. We could not open our cases. The shower was cold.

The room was very clean and the reception very helpful the location to the train station easy and they organised taxi's for us if we were going further afield.

Had to wait for an hour at the airport before shuttle bus transfer to hotel.

Able to use pool area (and locker room) while waiting for my room to be available, and able to check in a couple of hours early, when room was cleaned. Quiet place to sleep during day in-between overnight flights (to and from Jakarta). Lovely on site restaurant for mid-day meal.

The shuttle pickup is good organised. The room size is fine to stay for one night. And breakfast is starting from early morning for people who need to caught an early flight.

The saunas, hot/cold plunge were absolutely amazing! The red room was super relaxed and the pool tables were in show room condition, the rooftop bar was so nice to have a cocktail or two at night, the karaoke room was so much fun. The food was a little average though

Aircon was turned off when we arrived in the room so the room temp was over 30 degrees. Took quite a while before it got cooler.

My pillows in 129 smelt old and of other people and need to be replaced.

Staff are amazing, very friendly, airport pick up and drop were perfect, rooftop bar is great with nice Thai food and beanbags to chill on. Thai sweets at breakfast were nice and something different. Big pool and plunge pools downstairs and would try the spa on a future visit. Lovely to stay in an airport hotel where the staff are happy and helpful

The staff are a bit pushy about getting you on the shuttle bus 10-15 minutes before it actually leaves which is annoying and the hotel is huge so beautiful prepared for some long walks down huge corridors to get to your room. Minor niggles but how about some lifts scattered across the building? Multiple entrances etc?

This is the second time I've stayed at this hotel and I decided to upgrade the room and what a difference that made for just a few extra £s. The room was bigger, brighter, more spacious bathroom with much better fixtures and fittings which are at least 10+ years younger. Everything worked as it should with a comfortable night's rest on an excellent bed and a very hot powerful shower. The transfer to the airport is slick and efficient and the amenities at the hotel as good as can be expected.

It was great value for money. Fantastic idea and location close to the airport. Offering a bus service to and from the airport. Particularly good if you’re wanting an overnight transit. Hassle free as breakfast starts at 3;:00am and bus operates hourly 24hrs. Clever guys, well done and price excellent value for money !!
