The breakfast has very little european choices, despite many europeans staying there. French fries not nice, as mentioned in my last review.

Clean spacious room. Very good staff, a very helpful and nice receptionist Agrie. Good spa and other facilities. Excellent shuttle bus. Thai menu is very nice.

The location is the biggest problem for those wanting to visit central Jakarta with long taxi journeys each day. However, there are local (non-tourist) malls close by. The pool is a little bit cold for young children which meant we had to limit our 3 year old to 20 mins in the pool.

The food is excellent, the staff are extremely helpful and it is one of the cleanest hotels I've stayed in. The facilities are great with a gym, pool, steam room, sauna, hot/cold pools and Spa facilities. They have a childrens room which is great for a few hours. 5 year olds and above may find it a little boring.

The restaurant. The buffet is not as great in the morning and for eating, the orders take very long to arrive. Including even a drink. Upstairs and downstairs the minimum wait for drinks or food is at least 30 minutes if no more.

I really liked the rooms, the set up is neat and modern. I liked the swimming pool and the amenities.

Check in process took a while, and the 500,000 IDR deposit can only be reimbursed in cash, so is something to keep in mind if leaving the country on check out. Also, to note, after checking out, you need to pay to use the hotel facilities if you have a later flight.

Clean comfortable stay near the airport before flying out. Good gym and pool facilities on site. Airport shuttle included is useful, though took a little bit of coordinating on arrival at the airport as it rounds up a number of guests in one go.

The hotel is not new but very well maintained.

The hotel is in the airport area and offers free shuttle to the airport back and forth. I planned to stay only one night as I had to flight the next day. It went beyond my expectations In terms of services. Staff speaks English and is professional. Room was clean. Good breakfast with plenty of choices. Gym, pool, jacuzzi, hammam... All this was included in the price :)

The check in process can be improved. Guests arrive from the airport in batches and the reception easily gets overcrowded. Some parts of the process could be handled in advance.

Quite convenient for an overnight layover at CGK airport.

The Food menu items could be improved with more options, considering the international guests. Stayed in Deluxe king Room with private bathroom. The Air Con was not cooling properly. Upon request the technician fixed it in the night, But early morning again the problem started.

Good resort near Jakarta Airport, lots of amenities to make your journey relaxed. Shuttle service to airport.

Can wait up to 1 hour for airport shuttle... taxi is cheap so consider. Slow check-in esp after long flight No powerpoint by bed. Location is isolated so can't wander locality.

The window in the room cannot be open, and they didn't even allow us to open the curtains, so we have to be on the dark, because otherwise people could see inside. Like that should be our problem? The mini fridge on the room was soooo laud we have to unplug it, but ofc that generates melting water in the room.

Very stylish hotel and clean, comfortable rooms. Wonderful, attentive staff. Very nice on site restaurants, plenty of choice. Excellent spa with very aesthetic space to relax and unwind, very good facilities with the indoor pool and sauna/steam rooms and hot/cold plunge pools. Would definitely recommend and stay again if in the Jakarta airport area.

Nothing - it was all good

Lovely hotel to stay in overnight while en route to Borneo. Great restaurant for breakfast and dinner, shuttle to airport was free (although we didn't know there was a free shuttle until we got to hotel), quiet and friendly staff.

Almost none, but if I can give some words of feedback; it would be great if the hotel could mention in the booking agreement that a security deposit of Rp 500,000 was required upon check-in. The breakfast area; the continental options were superb, however, the local (Indonesian) options were almost hidden from the plain sight that we totally missed it.

Upon arrival at the airport, the free shuttle from the hotel had been waiting for us. The check-in process was smooth. The hotel room was clean and the bed was comfy too. Breakfast was superb with plenty of options. The free shuttle was also available from the hotel to take us back to the airport for our next flight.
