The bathroom is quite old and ugly. Also I think my bedsheets were still from the previous guests. I found hairs and stains. Rooms need renovation!

The photos are way better than what our room actually looked like. The room had some dirty spots (although the staff did clean it daily, so that was not a problem) and there was some mold on shower curtain. It might take some time to get hot water at first but it’s there and it seemed clean. The towels didn’t smell fresh, even after I assume they’d just been washed. We encountered a few small spiders and super small ants in our room but nothing too disturbing + I think it’s impossible to avoid these - after all it’s Bali, not New York. A heads up for midnight snackers - do not leave food on tables and do not eat anything while in bed or you will risk having ants cuddling you (and this is not the hotel’s fault in any way). The WiFi was rather slow. Some evenings there was loud music outside but it stopped before midnight and for me it was OK with earplugs.

The location of the property is absolutely perfect! I compared it to some of the I-guess-fancier-hotels while walking around and I really think those fancier ones were in a somewhat abandoned area. Legian Village Hotel is on the main street, right next to a 24/7 shop, a huge variety of souvenir shops (way cooler than the mall!), dining places etc. It’s also just a 10 minute walk to the beach. The restaurant on the hotel premises was one of the best - definitely watermelon juice I had in Kuta. Both the staff of hotel and restaurant were super friendly. The atmosphere was relaxing and made me feel like a guest in a true Balinese home. It was nice to see that families with kids had a good time as there were fun activities for every age (food, drinks, music, swimming pool with toys, pool table etc). The swimming pool seemed very clean and the temperature was perfect. There was enough space, even when all the tourists came under the roof to hide from rain. The AC worked perfectly and tap water seemed clean. Surprisingly comfortable bed. Overall - very good value for money!

Having stayed here before and after Covid, there has been improvements made to a number of rooms. Staff are friendly. The location is good

I didn't realise that the hotel was split across two locations, which meant we had to walk down an alley and across the road to get to the main pool and restaurant. The rooms all smelt like mould and the bathrooms were average. Had to be on my knees to wash my hair as the shower hose didn't reach my head.

Good airconditioning, central Legian location, close to the beach, bed was comfortable.

The linen in the room was too short for the bed On the top floor the water pressure one night was nothing, I had no water for a shower.

The first room we were put in was horrible however the room they gave us to replace it was great. Most staff were either grumpy or rude.

Location and most facilities were excellent. A couple of staff members were really nice. Really enjoyed the live music.
