We enjoyed our stay at Maliana Homestay. It is a great budget stay, owners were very helpful and friendly, the rooms are clean and the breakfast was very good (it was nice to try something different.) Beautiful views from the balcony. Would stay again

Matras was a bit too firm for us. Dust on floor and dustwebs on ceiling could be cleaned better. Sound from mosque around 05:30 in the morning (few minutes) and roosters al the time from about 04:00. But we knew this from reviews. We always bring good earplugs.

Location. On the main road in the centre of Munduk so easy too walk to many warungs. Did not hear the traffic in the room or on the balcony. Nice view from balcony. Bed sheets were fresh and clean. Very friendly hosts.

We both have a very deep sleep, however, we could not sleep well at all due to the noise in the environment. Noises can not be prevented but the rooms are unfortunately open through "slits" whereby you can also hear everything from the outside very well.

The best view we had in Bali. Good breakfast. Very nice people.

The view is amazing! Best thing about this homestay. The room was clean and comfortable and had a lovely balcony. Breakfast was really good the best we have had in Bali so far. Staff were really friendly and helpful.

No kettle, although they are happy to provide hot water if you ask. No air conditioning but being located in the mountains it is a bit cooler and so not a necessary.

A large room with an incredibly comfy bed as well as a small sofa! The shower was a good temperature and had good pressure too! Plenty of storage space. The fridge is good and they provide fresh bottled water every day! The included breakfast is delicious! The view from the balcony across the mountains is stunning!

This family-run accommodation offers everything you could wish for and much more. From the rooms with balconies you have a breathtaking view of the surroundings that will stay with you for a long time. It's the perfect little balcony to start and end the day. Here you will find the peace you need and a good starting point to explore the area. With the scooter/car you can get everywhere quickly and on foot you can spend a few days on the hiking trails. For dining out, there are some great Warungs within a few minutes walk. The owners are always available and willing to help with the planning and you can always contact them. Rarely have I felt as comfortable in a guest house as I do here. The room was sparkling clean and cleaned regularly. Everything was as it should be and there were only good surprises. It is absolutely recommended. Just like the sumptuous breakfast that you get in your room and can enjoy with the view. The Dadar Gulung is a MUST to try. All in all, staying here is all round ideal for a trip to Munduk.

Our room was so humid it was not healthy. We don’t know what was on the other side of our room, but if we leaned our bags against the wall or had anything to close to it it would be completely wet. Don’t recommend staying here.

Very dirty, the bathroom wasn’t even flushing when we arrived. Mirrors and the other things such as night stand lamps in the room haven’t been cleaned for ages. Staff also didn’t have any proper information about breakfast or anything at all just gave the keys.

the room is spacious, but not cozy, like in the attic. the room is very dusty, my boyfriend immediately started an allergy. the audibility in the hotel is terrible ((every bike is heard from the road, the roosters start yelling at 12 a.m. and yelling all night. The dogs bark all night. The neighbors downstairs did not sleep until 3 a.m., they talked, it felt like they were sitting in our room. we didn't sleep the whole night(. i have stayed in many hotels with good audibility, but this one was the worst. Value for money is bad. For the money, there are good, clean and quiet hotels in the area.
