Spent a whole day out and about, came back at 4pm and our room still hadn’t been made up. The cleaners were just down the hall but it did disappoint me how late our room was getting serviced. This happened multiple times. The staff were lovely and would swap towels for us and offer to make our bed despite us being in the room but after being out for 9 hours I just wanted to shower and nap.

Location is perfect for what we wanted. Close to everything we needed (money exchange, mini mart, laundry service). I’d stay again purely for its convenience. Buffet breakfast was delicious with so many options. The room service is also available 24/7 which is good for travellers arriving early hours or party goers needing snacks. Two pools meant I could decide where I wanted to relax. The downstairs pool seemed more family orientated while the upstairs was mostly adults and more relaxing for me.

People claiming pool seats by putting towels on them and then not occupying those seats for hours. This is unfair to others who would like chairs

Friendly staff. A great location, close to a lot of my favourite shops. Pool area is awesome.

Where the only elevator was located. Could have had another elevator in a different location.

Proximity to lots of restaurants & shops. The staff were amazing and very helpful

I didnt like how the birds/bats flew over the ground floor pool and crapped in it. All floating in it. And the cleaners washing down the decking into to pool in the morning during breakfast time. Big turn off. I had 26 adults and 3 children stay for my birthday and 11 were sick. Most needing Drs visits. And other guests as well. Was it the pool or just a Gastro going through the hotel. Also family who asked for connecting room months before were put on different floors. Disappointed

4th floor pool was great.breakfast was amazing. The spa was fantastic bar by the pool did great covktails

Problem with drain in shower/ sink. Told staff, but was probably something that wasn’t an easy fix. It had to be cleaned every day and by the end of the day was starting to smell again.

Not able to charge food and drinks to the room and pay at the end. Pool bar opened too late.

This lifts are not airconditioned and were therefore extremely hot inside.

We enjoyed everything about our stay, the buffet breakfast was excellent. We had requested a room near the pool assuming we would then be able to see the pool but we couldn't the staff were wonderful and moved us to another room overlooking the pool the next morning.

The checkin was delayed and staff were at time struggling to understand the request. Overall it was okay.

I have stayed a few times now. My only complaint is the cleaning,mainly the tap & basin in the bathroom. Last time I stayed ( on a different level) I mentioned the sheer drapes at the windows badly need a wash,it will make the room smell fresher. Otherwise I am happy there….

The sliding bathroom door did not close, they came to fix but a large bolt fell on my head when I tried to close it. Needed enough tea bags and sugar in room for 4 guests. I have stayed here many times and notice the difference of less bathroom supplies and room supplies.too much cutting back.

Location, pools, room and breakfast all good. We asked for tea bags and sugar in room as they only supplied green tea. They said limit of 2 tea bags only and 4 sugar. We had 4 people in the room.

The bed wasn’t the comfiest but it’s bearable

Our room was very clean, the location is perfect just down the road from the beach and heaps of surrounding places to eat !!

not enough shade very hot up in the roof pool more shade would be great. staff changes daily but service very slow.

The bed was to hard and couldn't watch the tv volume to low and movies would stop or cut out .

our room balcony faced Legian Street and the doors werent very sound proof so it was quite noisy late at night.

As a Indian not many dinning places at walking distance . Plus not many good restaurants as they have in kuta.

Good breakfast, staff is friendly, clean and comfy room.
