While the staff was very friendly and willing to help, their English was often too limited to communicate easily. In addition, the walls are very thin, the room next to us had a bunch of screaming kids in them and the walls were not dampening any of the noise.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating, and the room certainly exceeded the expectation considering how much I paid for it. It is not the Grand Hyatt, but it certainly will do when staying a couple of days in Malang.

We just stayed there for one night but it seems that the location is not in the very center. However, nice Warungs around and despite the traffic, the rooms were very quiet.

Very clean and comfy rooms, the beds were amazing! Friendly staff, incredible view over the city and huge variety at the breakfast buffet.

Renovation on same level was a bit disappointing as the drilling noise went right through the building. We will be back and I'm sure this won't be happening next time!

Staff were all so lovely and friendly. Breakfast was busy but plenty of food and no waiting. The bed was comfortably and the room and bathroom so spacious. We really loved the room!

Over all, What's not to like? Cleanliness, hospitality, room service, location, all are as expected. Please do keep up the good work. Maybe add a small rack inside the bathroom, near the shower.

-the house keeping person who was in charged at the night we checked in and asked him to mop the floor because of our shoes accidentally caused some dirty shoe prints, he took off hisnshoes and came in barefoot and start mopping the floor backward.. The floor was absolutely clean. Really appreciate this. - free another towel for visitor with two children - breakfast menu is varied and tasty

Stay a night for a business trip, got desert and drink surprise from Wulan, Ria, Araa, Arief, Sella. Only 5 minutes from Malang railway station, easy to access food. Quiet at night. Definitely will stay here for next trip.

When we arrived, we only had a tiny bit of toilet roll and also there was no shower gel in our bottle. Limited menu for vegetarians. The Sky Lounge was a bit pricey compared to the rest of the area. But all in all, it was a very nice stay.

The room was nice, the staff were friendly, really nice gym. The staff called me half way through our stay offering free cake and beer. The came to the door with most of their staff, holding a banner with cake and beer and said surprise! And we all took a nice picture together. It was a really nice gesture. The tv in the room was large. The view was nice. Huge windows so the room was very light.

Pool area is not relaxing. Very lousy. Many things in the restaurant not available. In general the rooftop restaurant is a weak point. Staff does not see, when you want to order. Great potential not used. Bathroom was not more than ok.

The wifi is really terrible 2-3mbs in 2022 is unacceptable. I booked a suite and the bathroom is really small, and the room in general wasn't clean at all as hownit supposed to be.

The breakfast was ok, a nice different options of buffet. The staff was really kind, even if someone don't speak English at all.
