The balcony door was a bit stiff and the bathroom door handle came off once which locked me in the bathroom briefly but I managed to fix it.

We loved our stay here. Beautiful view over the valley from our room, comfortable and clean. Perfect location to walk to all the beautiful waterfalls. Staff were friendly.

Do not expect super cleanliness or luxury for the amount of money you pay for this room. But the hospitality and views are unbeatable

The view from the balcony is unbeatable. The people are super friendly and helpful. So convenient to do the walks from the hotel. They gave me a small map at the reception of hikes in the area.massages are available right at the property. I was doubting whether I should go to Munduk since it’s a bit far, but oh boy was it my favourite part of Bali trip, I regretted I only stayed for 2 days.

Felt like Taxi back to Uluwattu charged a higher price and then again it may not be in the control of the hotel. But the driver was a nice helpful guy.

Room was clean and the staff was very helpful. Manager Eka and Arya were super helpful. Eka arranged airport pickup and the guy came was Agus. He was very helpful and he rents out scooter also. Food was really good and they even gave a take away breakfast as we were leaving early the last day.

Because of high humidity, the towels wouldn't dry and were not changed. We only stayed for 2 nights, so no big drama. Probably we could've asked for fresh ones. If you have the American breakfast (which is a good choice), i recommend not to eat the mayonnaise on the salad as the 3 of us who did, had the stomach deranged. Luckily, it wasn't too bad.

The room is very rustic and basic with a comfortable bed and a balcony overlooking the jungle and the mountain with stunning views in the morning when the sky is clear. The bathroom is open towards the jungle. The pool and the garden are very nice with lots of lovely flowers. There is a note in the bathroom saying you should wait about 30 minutes after one person takes a shower for the water to heat up and we were a bit worried, but the shower worked well. We didn't have high expectations given the price, so we were happy with our choice.

The staff is really kind and helpfull, they did everything they could to make us feel confortable despite the leak in our roof that led to some infiltrations in the room during heavy rain. The guesthouse was full, and they tried to move us to another room that was less nice, so we agreed to stay in ours. Unfortunately the rain made the room very humid as our room was all wood and difficult to sleep in…. They did everything they could to make us feel confortable. Being in complete nature, it can get quite crowded with bugs, but it’s nature…

Puri sunny guesthouse is a really cute and well entertained guesthouse ! It is very well located as it’s very close to the paths to get to the waterfalls. The breakfast and the food at the restaurant are very nice also. The pool seemed great, and has a gorgeous view ! We did not get to enjoy it though due to heavy rains. The staff is really kind and very present ! The room had a gorgeous view on the garden, the jungle and the moutains, perfect to enjoy a little tea after the waterfall hike.

Not really a dislike . There was no air-con or fridge and it is a small village so no ATM However it was cooler in the mountains so fan only was fine and if we had asked they may have offered to refrigerate our water

The room was large and very comfortable with a balcony overlooking the gardens and mountains. There were mosquito nets toiletries and thoughtful touches. The views, extensive garden and the infinity pool were stunning, flowers, colourful butterflies and dragon flies darting everywhere. It had a massage pavilion beside a natural waterfall. Staff were very helpful and breakfast good. Did not try restaurant as low season so choice was limited but lots of great alternatives near by.

Not much shade around the pool and only 4 chairs Accessible water to refill our bottles would be great but you can ask the staff to refill so not a big problem Also a fridge would be great but again the staff will allow you to use the restaurant fridge.

As I didn’t ride a motor bike I found it harder to get around without being charged a lot (no grab or gojek, paid double than in other areas). This was fine as I walked or was kindly offered lifts outside the hotel. Water & beer from restaurant weren’t cold. The staff were hit and miss - not rude but not super friendly. Bathroom was a large size but shower head twisted when in use so the water sprayed everywhere and into the toilet behind me, not a big issue if you don’t mind your bathroom being saturated haha. All in all, still good value for money :)

The location is amazing - very central and the views are exceptional. The view from my room far surpassed any photos/anything I could have imagined. The room was large and mosquito net was a bonus! Loved the balcony, was so relaxing to read on if it rained. The pool was amazing & tranquil. Very very good value for money. Fridge & bottles of water in room was a plus. I will come back to stay for sure!!

The wifi was very poor. It was only possible to use in our room in the very early morning. There was another wifi near the pool but even this was not reliable

The bathroom was in a bad condition and bad smell. The towels also weren't clean. You should note the hot water in the shower enough for a short shower and than you need to wait some time for the next one (for us it was ok since they informed us about it so we managed our time). Another downside was the fact that we slept on the ground floor and could hear everything from the room above us. It was hard to sleep , and we felt every step of them.

The staff was welcoming and very nice. The location was perfect, close to the waterfall starting point, to some great warungs and supermarkets We had a nice balcony with a view to the beautiful nature around. The room itself is also nice. They arranged us a motorbike in a decent price.

The rooms are outstanding especially with the semi outdoor bathroom. The view from our balcony was amazing on the mountains. The pool is small but good enough to enjoy as well especially with the view. You are surrounded by nature everywhere you look

Just be aware that it is close to the main road (like a lot of accommodations in Munduk) so it can be noisy when having breakfast or in your room. Have some earplugs if you mind or choose an accommodation far from the main road

All the staff is wonderful, a big thanks to Ilu, she will know why :) Breakfast is also good, especially the pancakes. Rooms are big, beautiful Balinese charm and with a great view! The pool is a plus and the massages are more than recommended (not expensive and you can hear a waterfall) Also, close to many warungs/shops and waterfalls by foot
