Just a suggestion you should have towels available for people swimming in the pool.

Breakfast and service were very good! It really helped that my room was ready earlier than the 14.00 check in time. I was offered to check in at 12.00 that really helped to prepare for the ARCH:ID Conference after my morning flight from Bali. Nice pool to swim in.

The swimming pool is too small. The gym needs more equipment. It would be good if the hotel can provide bolster in the room.

I like the various type of breakfast served. The air condition in the room functioned well too. The parking area is very spacious and it is very easy to find a place to park the car.

At first day, rooftop restaurant ran out of beer and wine after 9 pm, which was strange and we could order it. On the road side room I could hear a little road noises.

Very good breakfast, coffee machine with selections. Nice staff. Overall comfortable and functional room. Next to the exhibition center, very convenient.

The location even though next to the Indonesia Convention Center (ICE) but far from anywhere else. The free shuttle bus (of the city) didn’t come as scheduled.

The staff are nice and happy to help.

The cleanliness is not up to par. Firstly, upon entering the room, there was a musty smell, and to my surprise, I even spotted a few cockroaches in the room, which is not something one would expect in a hotel of this price range.

The hotel's location is excellent, right next to the Indonesia Convention Exhibition Center, just a 3-minute walk away.

the food really need big improvement, not just the breakfast, we ordered for dinner, the taste are really quite bad. the location is quiet but abit far from the shopping mall by walking distance. the bathroom condition also need improvement, lots of area are spoilt and got molds issue. the call centre service is slow, need improvement too.

almost all the staffs are friendly and attentive... the hotel lobby is clean but evening time got lots of mosquitos... the hotel is very near to the ICE exhibition hall... the room is spacious and comfy../

I called for relaxing massage, however they never came. My schedule is quite strict,so I need to cancel this after waiting almost an hour. This is quite bad impression for me.

Nice hotel close to exibition hall so very convenient for anyone who would like to participate event.

The window overlooking the street need to be improved so the sound not too loud.

Everything. I love the room and especially the service from all the staffs. From check in and check out its really memorable. The room need to be improved especially that facing outside. double window would be great!

I stayed in non smoking room but I still smell the cigarette odor when I entered the room. Quite bother me actually. I turned on the AC then the odor faded away (or I get used to it?) I didn’t ask to change the room since only stay for one night.

It’s close to the convention center, not far from aeon, clean.

Unfortunately I saw a small cockroach in my room when I had just arrived. It's just a passing one, but still it's quite disappointing. Hopefully next time the cleaning staffs would be more thorough; maybe include pest control in their routine.

As it's part of the entire ICE complex, it accommodates those who attend events on the complex, such as concerts. There is a basement path that connects the hotel with the halls. The hotel is also near the toll road so good accesibility. The room is a typical hotel room. The staffs are friendly and provides good service. The gym is adequate, located on the rooftop along with the pool. Adequate amenities were provided. Breakfast can be improved. Their food from room service tastes better than their breakfast in my opinion.
