Approach to the property - unpaved and broken last 500 metres. No resort facilities to take you to the river. A little noisy with big groups present.

Beautifully located property with lovely and scenic views of the river Ganga. Excellent Breakfast - both the spread and the taste. Very warm and hospitable staff. Lovely Ganga Arti.

Food - needs to improve variety as well as quality. The room with the garden view are overpriced - in fact the utilities provided in this room were not upto the mark.

The location is excellent. We had one room with the river view which had a perfect view of river Ganga.

Occasional smell of sewage in the room. Massage staff (one in particular) was not very good and a little disrespectful.

Grounds were well kept, most staff were friendly (some were only friendly if u gave them a tip), food was good.

The cab and sightseeing services provided by the hotel were considerably pricier than external options. We requested the hotel's assistance in securing transportation from outside, and initially, they agreed to arrange it. However, post-checkout, the staff's attitude took a turn, and they became uncooperative, refusing to fulfill our request. It was surprising and disappointing to experience such a change in attitude; everything was smooth during check-in, but we faced a lack of support after checking out.

The dining experience was fantastic, especially at the "Patio" restaurant where the food was truly delicious. Mr. Sooraj and the rest of the staff were exceptional, showing great hospitality. We enjoyed every meal, and even when we went sightseeing, the restaurant staff kindly packed hash potatoes and donuts for my son. Their kindness made the experience even more memorable.

I asked the property to upgrade my room from 1BHk to a deluxe room. The property manager actually degraded my room and charged me extra 2K. The room allocated did not have any ventilation. Also the room was not park facing

The rooms are not very good and not a value for the money, there no hot running water in the mornings due to usage by all guests and I feel that’s lack of capacity compared to number of guests.

Not enough dining choices with ridiculous hours. We had not eaten lunch so were ready to dine 6 pm but the restaurant was closed until 7 pm. That is not the way a hotel should operate. Dining service should be open all day as guests have very individual schedules !

While the location and view from the pool is outstanding , the hotel is in need of some TLC. It’s old and tired . Our floor tiles were broken . The bathroom was not clean. Not sufficient towels either. Loved the size of the room. It was very expensive and did not feel luxurious . The spa was luxurious however . Sonya was outstanding!

The cleanliness and low hygienic standards in the room allotted initially. It was a nightmare added to this the Unfriendly behavior @ reception staff when repeated requests for change of room was made. Until the matter reached with shouts every request we’re ignored purposely Accidentally we cld bang the Room Manager and she set right the things but the whole of first day was spoiled (50%) of our stay

The apartments are older and the walk between the reception and the apartment is also quite confusing. There was leakage from the AC in our room which was directly onto the Tv placed below the AC. It seemed unsafe in that manner.

The views were great, staff was friendly, food was good and location was convenient.

Rather outdated accommodation both inside and outside the room. Monkeys are funny, but actually you couldn't be on the balcony. And it doesn't add to the hygiene.

The swimming pool and the view on the Ganges. The food for breakfast and dinner was very good, with lots of choice

Initially was allocated an apartment that was far flung from the main building block with dusty, unkept corridors, damp worn out washroom. Had to ask for a change. Allotted a renovated one later. Aloha on the Ganges is a housing society partially managed by Leisure group. It is not a hotel. You walk through the corridors with locked apartments.
