Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

IndiaWe checked In late , We were given a smoking room ,I understand it can smell of smoke but it’s way too too much on the smelling ( really need to fix your ventilation system). As soon as we entered the room we asked for a room change immediately to transfer us to a non smoking floor ,this whole changing of our room took around 45minutes after the 1st call made to the front desk ,in between the whole 45 mins we had called 3 time in every 15 mins gaps and a reply that we got is we are “busy so it will take time”, once we made the 2nd call .that too after we have been waiting for the past 15 20 mins already. SERIOUSLY ? I am almost paying 8k a night to hear this reply ? Don’t take booking if your whole team is allocated to a wedding or any other bulk booking , doesn’t make our money value less .I also remember the persons name who had the audacity to reply me this after me waiting for straight 15 20 mins I am not taking the name since the whole team needs to work on it . Please upgrade your rooms “Smart Tv “ is a basic of luxury hotels these days . Extremely overvalued
The property is good but absolutely not at all value for money compared to the properties found on the same rates are offering much more .No complains on the ground staff they were exceptionally sweet and helpful.Not to happy with the higher management .

United KingdomOn checking in the staff member didn't make us feel very welcome. The scrutiny and questioning of our passports was similar to airport security. We understand the need for this information but not the way it was handled. Also, on the Sunday morning breakfast was a shambles. It was very busy but no contingency in place to cope. It was every person for themselves. The staff did very well under the circumstances.
The dining staff were excellent even under stressful conditions. Especially Mita who was so helpful. The housekeepers Gaurav and Rupesh were also excellent. They went out of their way when we needed anything. Also Poonam at the elevators was so pleasant and helpful.

United KingdomWe had a lot of luggage as we were travelling for a wedding so we couldn't book the hotel car on our return - plan in advance.
Breakfast was excellent - lots of choice for all diets. Modern and well-maintained. Secure and safe hotel. Long way out from main attractions and airport but quiet and no issue for taxis etc. Arrived and departed in the early hours and the staff were attentive and helpful. Hot cookie was so welcome at 3.00am as was the upgrade to a suite!

IndiaThe property is relatively smaller and feels more like a 3-star establishment than a 4-star one, making its price somewhat high. Additionally, it's located on the outskirts of Gurgaon, which means it can take 20 to 30 minutes to reach the main business areas in the city, particularly during peak traffic times
Extensive breakfast selection and delicious food at reasonable prices. The hotel didn't restrict me from bringing in food from outside. Excellent service, with the added convenience of many shops located close by in Banni Square.

IndiaThe bathroom needs renovation as the sanitary fittings have worn out a lot. Check-in time of 3.00 PM is quite annoying. We were refused check-in just 8 minutes before 3.00PM because we were early. Definitely not a 5 star rating worthy hotel.
The service was nice if I exclude my check-in experience which was quite bumpy. Rooms were spacious with all the basic amenities. Breakfast was good. Value for money.
