Everything here was great. The room was comfortable and had an amazing view of the fort. Breakfast and dinners were delicious and especially lovely in the garden. The location is also perfect, just a short walk to the busy centre but in a quieter part of town, right next to the fort. The staff were particularly friendly. Special thank you to Madhu who went beyond to help us with any queries.

The property is run down but you are talking about a non touristy town so things are all relative. The pillows were the worst hygienically in 3 months travel. Staff super keen but have not a great hold on tourists needs. Again it’s all relative

Palace is not an apt title. Lake view was a glimpse of the dirty lake from the dhittered balcony which had to be kept closed to avoid being invaded by agressive monkeys Food mediocre at best Bed and old spring mattress very uncomfortable.

Great accommodation in this authentic hotel. The staff was extremely helpful. Mr. madu at the reception was doing everything to make us feel at home. This made our stay very pleasant.rooms was a Great and clean.

Clean and comfortable room with good WiFi. A good breakfast and evening meal are available in the lakeside garden with a view of the palace. The owner is very helpful with advice and can arrange auto rickshaws or taxis at sensible prices. The hotel is on the main road, but quiet, only 5mins from the palace entrance.

Our only criticism was that the toasters at breakfast were a bit old - but a small problem in a wonderful stay.

We were welcomed by Madhu's warm smile and that set the tone of our stay. The hotel is overlooking a lake, but in the centre of vibrant Bundi with the awesome Palace and Fort nearby. The food was good and the view over the lake wonderful in the evening. This is an old historic building with wonderful architectural features, but is clean and comfortable. Ravindra can organise a gypsy into the nearby National Park where tigers are now present - sadly we had no time to do this, but an excuse to return.

We stayed just one night to this wonderful hotel. We enjoyed every part of it - the hosts madhu, that always did this little extra thing to make our stay truly special, and the magnificent room. Very clean, in a calm setting, and spacious. A shame we didn’t stay there longer. Breakfast was a nice.

Everything was great. It is a heritage site in an old town location, so I'd advise managing expectations for wanting state of the art modern amenities.

This hotel is a heritage building that provides basic but comfortable stay in the heart of old town of Bundi. The building is beautifully maintained and sympathetically restored which in itself is a USP. The rooms were spacious and clean, balcony overlooked the lake and the open spaces downstairs overlooked part of the fort. The garden was really great to relax in the morning and evening as well. I was truly impressed by the great service from the reception and dining staff. they went out of their way to make our stay comfortable.

The staff were really helpful and did everything and more for us. Madhu at the front desk went out of his way to assist with everything. We were after an authentic experience in an old castle and that is exactly what we had. This building was built in the 14th century and has the glorious architecture of that time - updated with a nice bathroom and shower. It felt like living in the castles we had seen.

beautiful property, quiet, peaceful. on site restaurant was excellent, with live instrumental music every night. it honestly took the stress of figuring out where to eat that’s how good the restaurant is. the staff are 10/10. this place was like staying at a 5 star hotel with the level of service provided. the breakfast is also very good. extremely good value. Madhu the manager also nice person. I highly recommend this palace.

I really don’t have any complaints.

It was very clean and fancy! There was a kettle to boil water and teas to make, there were shampoos, soaps, and towels. The room was spacious and we even had a private balcony, as well as the entrance balcony which had monkeys visit from time to time. The sheets and towels were clean. The whole building was beautifully decorated in an oriental style! The restaurant had a magnificent view of the lake and was on grass. The food was delicious. I wish we stayed more than just one night at this place. I definitely recommend it here! Also, the staff was wonderful and friendly and they tried to solve any issues we had. The breakfast was delicious.
