How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews

The Bed Linens and the towels were little too old and needed to be replaced with new ones. There was no drawer at all at the bedside table or even at very small writing desk.
Location is very convenient for traveling around in South Delhi. Easy to go either sides of the South Delhi area. Breakfast was good in terms of the variety and tastes. The size of the room was little smaller than the expectations.

Location is very convenient.Staff is courteous, specially to mention Mohammad.Thanks to him for being so helpful. Even the staff at breakfast are very courteous and prompt.

Breakfast quality could be better
Location is a plus with Mulchand metro station just next to the hotel. Staff is excellent and very friendly. They accommodated our request of early check in and allowed to adjust our complimentary breakfast. Overall Great place to stay when you are in Delhi

It was not as close to the city centre as I expected but it was value for money.
Staff are very respectful, pleasant, and always at a ready to help. This includes the restaurant staff as well.

Breakfast was deliciously made with fresh materials. Enough choices for all kind of tastes Location was excellent. Right in the middle of the south delhi district.... easy to move in either directions. Ample availabilities of the Uber & Ola taxis.

Real good service at the Park Inn. First night was quite loud due to being there at the same time of a Mehndi Night. Nothing too crazy but yeah just a discomfort after a long day. Beside that it was a good stay at Park Inn. We enjoyed the location a lot being right at the exit of Moolchand Metro Station. The small market was a life saver for some of my travelmates with the many pharmacies.

Mostly none. A slight gripe,the fitness equipment (treadmill) is broken and needs to be fixed.
Great hotel. The food was excellent; both breakfast and dinner. Close proximity to central delhi attractions. The metro station Moolchand is literally 2 minutes walk making travel easy.

The room service was very expensive, and we were not aware of it. There were nearly 700 rupees of additional charges on top of the food prices. We were not fully sure and in a hurry so couldn't get clarification from stuff.
Location was extremely convenient, right next to Metro station of Violet line. The stuffs were polite and helpful. The facility was excellent, nothing more to add on that. The toiletries were sufficient and carefully crafted. We got room upgrade from the stuffs and it was spacious and very comfy . The view was decent, overlooking the metro station. The room was sufficient ly noise insulated ,despite being so close to Metro station. The breakfast was excellent with wide selection from continental, north indian and south indian cuisines. They also provided newspapers on door in the morning, we found it very cute.

If the smoking zone could be beautified a bit or it had shades at least could have helped probably.
Extremely professional and courteous staff members. We needed an early check in because of our overnight travel. The staff facilitated it pretty quickly and we got a squeaky clean room in no time! The breakfast was sumptuous and worth every penny.
