Australia7 reviews1 helpful vote“Great property, needs attention and a bit of training in putting a smile on the face.”Front desk staff leaves a lot to be desired in saying it is a 4 star hotel and one that Wyndham properties describes it as a plaza. I asked for conceirge to organise a courier and being a 4 star property couldn't even figure that out where as being a regular traveller you expect concierge services when visiting and staying at properties like these. One of the rooms we had did had a wet carpet outside and there was some sort of water leak near the wc. One of the beds in room 3336 literally had some sort of downward bulge as if it were bent or something and should be looked at as that's not the kind of things you expect when coming to a property like this.
The ambience, the restaurant staff, the brekky in the morning as well as the overall room space, size , speed of service were amazing.

India8 reviews“Good safe stay”The only hitch was on New year's eve they could have had the party at the poolside instead of the same restaurant that they were serving break fast it became kind of monotonous for an exorbitant price per head.
The staff was friendly and courteous. Room service was good and prompt. They promptly arranged a cab service for me on new year's eve night to come back to the hotel from a busy mall. The room size was good and they even gave us a choice of floor with bath tub.

India2 reviews1 helpful vote“Poor Management Of Breakfast Buffet”1) I was charged 7k for room whereas booking was at 6300..The Reciept at hotel Check in mentioned 6300 but it was modified and written with a Pen 7k and was asked to pay it. 2) The Breakfast Buffet was average. The staff posted at the Breakfast hall was discorteus and despite repeatedly asking for a basic thing like Tea no body served it even after sitting their for Half an hour. When i asked for Omlette i was rudely told to go back to my table and order would be taken on table itself but sadly no one came to take the order even after waiting for Half an Hour
