Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

Hotel room was clean and bed was comfortable. Staff were extremely helpful. I've stayed there before due to its location. Now. some bad points. My toilet was not fixed, and the shower only half worked whilst the water leak made the bathroom floor dangerously slippy. Internet was poor. I would stay there again because the staff were so helpful and obliging. Cone on lads' few small things fixed, and you guys would get rave reviews.

New ZealandThe shower was only warm some of the time. It was very difficult to get the AC at a comfortable level. The continental breakfast was poor- the eggs were overcooked and smelled off. To be fair I was sick over the two days I was there which probably affected my appraisal negatively.
The bed was comfortable and the staff were helpful and friendly. The location was great- close to parks and shops.

Nepalbathroom sanitaryware were very old need to be maintain , window AC is very old style it makes a lot of noise it may be problem specially who are not used to of it, Bed sheets covers are not tidy as it have to be , you can see some stains on sheets and pillow cover which is very annoying… I asked room service to change and they happily changed those

GermanyKarol Bagh is a somewhat rough area (but in comparison to other parts of Delhi, it's fine). Towels were clean but maybe deteriorated in quality. Some broken spots in the room that don't. Sound in the hallways carries far; can be sometimes loud during the day.
Very happy, friendly staff. They helped us arrange cars, activate my sim card, and were overall very pleasant to interact with. The breakfast was also well-priced and good.
