Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United KingdomThe reception person Rajesh was very hostile, rude, and arrogant. He was not willing to assist on anything. Plus, when logging out, he could not care, as when we came down at 4:30 a.m., he was lying on the settee and seemed he did not want to be disturbed as he was on night duty. He wanted me to sign a waiver that stated that if anything went missing from my room, they would not be responsible.
The place was clean, and the food was great. Most of the staff were very nice. I would recommend the place to stay at.

IndiaThe hotel does not have good maintenance. Bathroom fittings did not work properly. Table lamp had open electrical wiring, leading to safety issues. The locker in room was just a little box, which can be carried away by anyone. It did not also function. TV in room had few channels working.
Breakfast was standard to be expected in 4 star hotels. Restaurant food was excellent. Location is inconvenient to people not having their own vehicle.

IrelandThe two main disappointments for us was first the TV wasn’t working. We called the room service and they checked and took 15-20 min and even after that it wasn’t fixed. This should be thoroughly checked before allocating the room. Secondly, the key card for the room wasn’t working. First time we had to call the room service to open the gate as we went outside for an evening stroll and second time we had to report it to the reception after we came back from dinner. They then reprogrammed the card again.
Location is good and easily accessible near to the ISBT, just 10 min drive. Room was big enough. We requested for bedsheet change in the middle of the day and extra toiletries, it was provided within 5 min of our call. Room service is great. Food prices are not high, value for money.
