Every time I visit the place, it only seems to get better, right from the service to the hospitality of the staff! The food is excellent and the best part is the importance given to the cleanliness.

Upon check out, the lady (Dhashinta) refused to take our 100 rupee notes which were a bit tatty (given to us by a bank in India!). I insisted she go through them all, as not all of them were like that and she eventually took some, not all. I am shocked that this standard of hotel refused currency given to us in India and used generally everywhere! No one else (malls, taxis, rickshaws etc), refused our rupee notes.

During the two nights that we were there, the staff seemed overwhelmed with full occupancy, and that reflected in extremely slow room service (two calls had to be made to follow up on a fairy straightforward order) and a long queue just to get access to the breakfast area. Rates for breakfast seem to be different on booking.com versus what the hotel actually charges - a fact I brought to the attention of the restaurant manager. The rooms were really nice other than the fact that we had very little control over the air conditioning, which made one of the nights a little warmer than we would've liked. The business center needs dire attention. Some computers require an additional access code, and there was no paper whatsoever in any of the printers. Last but not the least, there was an excruciatingly long wait time for the elevators. One would imagine a 32-storey hotel with almost 300 guest rooms would have planned for more than 3 elevators!

Very well sized rooms and bathrooms with great city views. A lovely spa and pool are an added bonus. Friendly and helpful staff. A comfortable stay overall.

"Don't like" is a strong statement but one thing that can improve is the food quality served in the executive lounge in the evening.

The staff were one of the best I've met and the most polite. Rooms were spic and span after cleaning specially by Mr Vinayak Salvi. Overall the experience was amazing and will be back soon!

I am really thankful to the Westin staff for accommodating my request of an early checkin as my flight arrived at 10am.I didn’t have to wait for too long before I got my room.The stewards who brought food and beverages to the room were very polite and professional including the ones in the first floor lounge.

I traveled to Mumbai for work and spent two nights at the Westin. It was really an amazing stay! The staff were more than helpful and friendly. The hotel was super clean, modernly decorated, and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was amazing and there were so many choices. Excellent food for room service and they even brought me a complimentary dessert the first night. The room and the view were great. There was a big event (wedding) going on while I was staying there, and obviously the staff were very busy, but I didn't feel once that attention to my needs was sidelined. 100% recommend.

there are some uncoordinated things first i check in 12:30 AM i was very tired when i entered the room some body come in to my room and lock the minibar , i called reception and asked him what was is for ? he explained you did not ask to use minibar also you should give 5000 INR as payment for minibar... i told him why you did not tell me when i checked in!!! it is not good appearance that i enter to room from long flight and see somebody come and lock minibar and left room without any explanation.also there is uncoordinated for using meeting rooms.

First of all when the Hotel is in Mumbai and in India it should have a faucet in Toilet. Though it is star rated the toilet has to have a faucet which is a basic requirement for Indian Travellers. That is the only improvement they should do

Price is surely on the higher side.

Very good surrounding with lots of greenery and open space. Room size was good and lay-out was good. Dinner at KANGANA was good. Buffett lunch and breakfast could have been better. Staff at reception, luggage handling, at resaurants all have been very good indeed.

Long waiting time for the lift. Also, not a negative but a suggestion to have budget friendly stay packages with either lunch or dinner included along with breakfast.

Excellent breakfast spread which I would rate at the top in comparison to other similar hotels.
