Air conditioning didn't work, because it's not in season yet (April). But it was 27,8 degrees in the room and we didn't have any possibility to lower the temperature before night came.

It is not just far from the city center, but the hotel is in the middle of nowhere 😕 I have never been in the hotel that is located so badly. It is perfect solution to take a one night break during the long trip, because it is realy close to the highway. However, if you plan to visit Udine for example, and stay for at least three days, I am not sure it is a perfect match.

Good value for money. Clean and comfortable rooms with all necessary equipment for the short stay.

As good as the window was sealed, the wall and door weren`t. You could hear very well the doing in front of the room (someone was talking on the phone) and in the adjacent rooms.

The breakfast was very good. Lots of choices of sweets, so typically italian, but also choices of cereals, bread, ham, cheese, eggs, fruits, ... The coffee was good and the staff really friendly, in the breakfast room and at the check out.. The room was clean and spacious enough as well as was the window sealed, so you could not hear the noises from the motorway.

The breakfast timing is a little bit short. It's from 6.45 am until 10 am. Also, there is a door in the room that connects the room with another room, which is a bit strange. Check-out from the hotel room is until 10.30 am. This is too early, but I guess it's okay since this hotel is just the stopover place.

Breakfast was very reach and there was a lot to choose from. The mozzarella was outstanding :). The rooms were very clean with a nice view of the nature around. The bed is comfortable and big. The bathroom is very big and there is a lot of towels inside.

There was only one chair in the room which was not comfortable for 2 guests. Despite this inconvenience, we enjoyed our stay and recommend this property to other travelers.

Clean quiet room, comfortable bed, nice stand-up shower (good pressure with lots of hot water, a handy shelf for soap and shampoo as well as a grab bar), easy check-in, convenient parking. Breakfast was good, but not quite the gourmet feast depicted in the photos. Arianna at the front desk was very helpful and gave us a great restaurant recommendation.

It was a stop-over for one night on our way home from holiday.Have stayed here before as always the breakfast was excellent also the location just off the motorway. Christina on the reception was super helpful also bright and cheerful nothing was too much trouble for her.

I didn´t like missing fridge in the room, missing night stands, missing hairdryer (i went to the reception to ask for one), no kettle or glasses in the room. Also the breakfast was the same every day, coffee wasn´t good and the personal there didn´t offer cappuccino or espresso to each guest, just to some of them. No idea why, there wasn´t also any note, that we could order a coffee from them and which types.

This hotel has lots of parking spaces available outside and as well inside of the garage. Personal at the reception was very nice, the cleaning ladies as well. Our room was very clean and well kept.

Hotel is aging. At night you can hear some noise from electrical system which was little bit annoying. When AC reached the set temperature in the room it was switching on and off so I had to wake from the bed and set it to higher temperature-to avoid constant powering on and off.. I was staying here one year a go-the room I had at that time didn’t have these issues. I hope that the management of the hotel will take my words as a feedback not as an empty criticism.

Great location to sleep on the way, free parking, free breakfast. In general the hotel does what is it meant for.
