There was a weird smell that permeated throughout the hotel that was similar to the smell of vomit. I found the toilet seat in my room very uncomfortable to sit on, even for just a minute; I don't know why. Those were the only 2 things I didn't like.

Absolutely wonderful place to stay. Located just across the way from one of Genoa's main train stations with connections to just about everywhere else in Italy, Genova-Brignole. Also near several bus lines in the same area and right around the corner from Via Settembre, a shopping avenue. Piazza de Ferrari, with its massive water fountain, is about a 20 minutes walk away. The hotel itself is refreshing, fun and colorful. I loved the option to play around with lighting in the room. The room was just the right size (for me) and had good amenities. It was clean and well stocked. Wifi was good, just cut off sometimes depending where in the room you were. The staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, I loved my stay and would do so again if ever I come back to Genoa.

The room was just renovated, quite clean and tidy. The reception team was excellent, providing us with great suggestions and answering all our questions with a smile. Needless to say, the location is perfect, just a couple of steps away from the station and almost in the heart of the city.

The hotel had just been finished to a high standard. Our stay at this hotel exceeded our expectation. It's conveniently located near the train station and the historic center, making it easy to explore the city. For a two-star hotel the services and amenities surpassed our expectations by far.

We required a hotel close to the station Brignole and also close to the historic centre. The hotel met our expectations for everything. It was a 20 minute walk to the shopping area and palaces. The hotel was very modern and clean and the room and bathroom were brand new. It was a boutique hotel just being renovated

The hotel had just been finished to a high standard. The rooms were impeccable, and the bathroom / shower room was big enough for an adult and 2 teenagers. Sky sports in the room meant that we could take a few hours to ourselves, watch the football, and take a break from walking around the beautiful city. The owners helped us locate all the amazing sights and really couldn't do enough for us All in all, it's a fantastic stay and was a welcomed break from walking around the amazing city.

Bed a bit too soft for my liking but that’s personal preference.

Location perfect assuming one wants to be near Brignole Station. Remarkably good value for money. And better than one could reasonably expect from a two star. Also, v pleasant and helpful receptionist.

Quality location; close to Brignole station. Rooms were fun and the colored lights were controllable. Bunk beds were awesome. Mattresses were quite comfortable. Shower worked well. Front desk staff was very helpful — I appreciated his effort.

We enjoyed our stay. Delightful staff (English spoken), extremely friendly & helpful. The room was newly renovated - very clean, quiet and comfortable. A few creature comforts included: eletric tea kettle, small refrigerator, comfy bed and nice shower. Room cleaned, linens changed daily. Strong wifi and TV with Sky Vision Gold service. Snacks plus various drinks provided in room for a small, very reasonable fee. We'd stay here again.
