“The Hawaiin Chill suite was a very large and outstanding room, with vast, scarily pristine off-white carpets and enough space to host a small reception! The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom facilities excellent. I particularly liked the little kitchenette for those times when you wanted to prep food yourself or make your own breakfast. The location was perfect for shops, bars and restaurants, yet quiet enough for a comfortable night's sleep.”
“Staff were very friendly and gave us directions to catch buses to different places. Room was small but had everything. It's normal for Japanese hotels. Good sound insulation - we were on almost the top floor. Bed comfortable Great system of luggage storage for the last day after checkout. The lounge area was handy if you didn't want to stay in your room.”
“- The location was amazing, direct access to Kyoto station.
- Great personal, very friendly. English was no problem.
- Very spacious room.
- Checkin and out can be completed through the PC in the entrance.
- Overall I can definitely recommend this hotel.”
“This property is a new venture for Silvia and her lovely staff. An old building has been lovingly renovated to accommodate new facilities with a comfortable relaxing reception and reading room environment. The staff I met were super helpful ( thanks Jasmina) especially as I arrived late in the day after a long trip. The area is just off the beaten track with 2 temples across the road free from tourists but is only a 10 minute walk from the main centres of the old town at Gion, and the shops and restaurants of Sanjo.
Felt very safe returning at night”
“The whole hotel was fantastic, big room and comfy bed, nice and quiet at night.
The location was great, only a few minutes walk to Kyoto Station and a convenience store right next door.”
