With only data reception (not phone) contacting manager when not at property was tricky as not clear how to contact them using What's App. Got there in the end but a few workarounds.

Great location just a short 100 walk to the nearest ski lift and near to restaurants, ski shops etc. Lovely well appointed apartment - more space than expected and perfect as snow accommodation. On arrival our hosts collected us from a nearby hotel where the bus dropped us; and there was a daily ride to the supermarket or restaurants if we needed it. Super friendly and helpful hosts.

The small floor rug under the coffee table was not clean. The drying room for ski boots was cold unless the small fan heater was turned on. It only lasted 10mins though. The " can opener" in the kitchen was useless, in fast dangerous of cutting our fingers.

We liked to pick up and drop off service from the train station, and the daily trip to the Coop supermarket. The bed was very comfortable.

Would benefit from a few more instructions in English for appliances like dishwasher and washing machine. As we arrived very late in the season a lot of the restaurants were already closed for the season.

Beautiful log cabin with the bonus of your own Onsen style bath. Plenty of room for family of 5. Very comfy beds. Only minutes walk to free shuttle buses to all ski resorts. Five minute walk to several chair lifts. We arrived after lots of snow so felt like we were staying in a winter wonderland. Snow rental shop just around the corner and The Pub right over the road. Daily shuttle to do supplies run to local supermarket. Loved our stay here would be great to come back with another family as you can join the cabin next door.

There is nothing i disliked about the property.

Was picked up by Darren at the Hakuba bus station, and then daily for supermarket trips and or restraunt bookings. It is located walking distance to convience stores, restraunts, snow fields and ski hire places. It is a beautiful property definitely worth the price

    Nothing - all good

We were picked up at the main bus station; hosts always available to assist with any queries, take us to a restaurant, drop off when we left etc. Apartment lovely and spacious, great for a family of 5 - especially enjoyed the hot tub each day after skiing. Location really convenient to walk to a few restaurants. Bus stop very close to get to various slopes and not to far to walk directly to one of the chairlifts.

    Nothing, loved everything.

The apartment is well equipped, modern and comfortable. Loved the under-floor heating and the shuttle. The host offers a shuttle service on arrival, departure and for a daily grocery store visits and to restaurant bookings. It was a great service that adds so much value and convenience.

The AC concentrated the cool in one spot, so we had some trouble adjusting the overall room temperature, leaving one end cold and the other pretty hot at night.

Very nice room, good kitchen. Spacious and comfortable. We had one big bed and a bed-sofa for our daughter. TV for resting in the night after a long hike. Parking just outside. There is laundry available in the cellar.

Our only complaint would be the window above the kitchen sink did not have a curtain so it let a lot of light into the apartment at night and early in the morning.

Our apartment was clean and spacious. Floor heating was great. The bed was super comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped with a stove and a dishwasher. They offered a free shuttle to and from the bus stop that we arrived and left from as well as a daily free shuttle to the grocery store and restaurants which was very convenient. It was a great location, only walking distance to the Happo One chair lift. The building also had a dry room we were able to leave our skis in that also had a washing machine and dryer.

Everything was good about the apartment, but only one thing that needed attention was a little mold growing on the grout in the shower. The other thing was that Daiko (worker/shuttle person) was not helpful or friendly at all, it seemed like we were a burden to him when he was around. When he wasn’t around, he’d be in the laundry room working on his ski’s. One day he called in sick (we only found this out because he was scheduled to drop our friend off at Hakuba Base Camp) he never showed and my friend almost missed his bus to the airport. The very next day, our other tfriends saw him at Iwatake mountain skiing when he was supposed to be sick, when he saw them, he ran away quickly. This kind of employee really makes it bad for the owners who are such nice people and go out of their way to make your stay pleasant.

It was a nice apartment, location was good, it was a 2 minute walk to Sakka ski lift, love the grocery runs, and free shuttle bus to get around if you don’t have a car. Darren (owner) and Anthony were super nice, picking us up and dropping us off at Hakuba Base Camp, and giving us the ins and outs of the place and places. Would definitely stay here again!

Our group of 12 stayed in a combination of the Apartments and Chalet which were about 800m apart, a walk downhill via the road to the chalet from the apartments location. The apartments were modern and the nearest and had easy access to the Sakka slope and lifts as well as the bus shuttle stops, and Central Sports hire shop & included a downstairs dry room. The chalet location was tucked in behind The Pub and Rythym Sports and a short walk to the Sakka lift. bus stops close by too. the helpful staff, Grant and co provided a pickup from transport into Hakuba, lifts to restaurants in the evening as well as a 5pm shuttle run to the supermarket.

I could hear the noise/voices from next door (neighbour’s room) which was not a big issue but it would have been better if I couldn’t.

The facilities of the apartment were very practical and everything was perfectly equipped. Very comfortable to stay and I enjoyed staying there despite the bad weathers! The staff (Yoneda-san) was really efficient and she made my weekly stay very comfortable.

No drying room or security on equipment room/laundry. It took hours to dry laundry in washer/dryer, if it dried at all. Stairs into building are steep and high, and shower/bath hard to get into, which isn't good for anyone with limited accessibility.

Great sized room with lovely views. Direct access to Happo One chair lift and access to buses to main resorts. Plenty of local restaurants. Responsive staff, who were very helpful. They assisted with restaurant bookings, did a run to local grocery stores each afternoon, and also provided a shuttle to/from Happo bus terminal.
