The jade onsen was huge, has lotsa pools and view from the outdoor onsen was nice. Room was immaculate.

Due to the large number of customers, they only offered dinner if you ordered it three days before. When we arrived at the restaurant, they gave us a table very near the restroom and was far away from all the dishes. After our complaint, they changed seats for us (but still far away from the dishes). They should offer us seats closer to the dishes (we have a member who could not walk for very long).

We had a high-floor room and could see the sea from our large window. The view is breathtaking. The staff offered great assistance in reserving a restaurant for us on the day we arrived. There were many dishes to choose from (both for dinner and breakfast). The hotel is large with shops and onsens.

Hotel is not cheap but good! It‘s a giant hotel for tons of tourists coming with busses many chinese. Usually i prefer smaller family hotels…

We had a room in 10th floor as a suite. Very nice large room! Perfect view on the ocean!!! Loved it! Evening buffet was really good and giant. Big onsen !

Everything was good and there's nothing we did not like with this hotel!

Staff was great, warm and very responsive (big thanks to the reception lady who helped us get a really nice room during our check in). Location is really good, all the local sights are nearby and especially Shireteko National Park treks are a short drive away. Room was spacious and amenities were good making our stay very comfortable.

The room was very spacious. The hotel was set on a hillside and we were given a room on the top floor. The room was very spacious and nice and the beds were comfortable. Location was excellent as it was only a short drive to all the attractions. It was a pity the weather was not very good at the time we were there. The wind was so strong that the hotel swayed. We enjoyed the onsen very much. Buffet Breakfast and Buffet dinner were very good

The breakfast taste really bad, please improve on the food quality. Breakfast choice alot but none of them taste good, could have improve more on the breakfast quality. Not much service from the hotel and they charge extra 300 yen onsen tax.

Well laid out hotel and the room is relatively large. Welcome drinks were a thoughtful gesture. And the interns from Taiwan working at the restaurants were super - very efficient and great with customer service.

Not all staff speak English, could be a bit inconvenient to English speaking traveler The private bath is really old Being a hotel which takes traveler with various nationalities, the restaurant does not offer vegetarian option for dinner. I personally think that it is unprofessional.

The dinner time allocated to us was 7.30pm due to full booking. We did not have much time to enjoy the buffet dinner. The Karaoke didn't operate was a disappointment to us.

We liked the buffet, public bath, view from our room. There is coin laundry and shopping store in the hotel. The game room definitely adds joy to our stay.

It is terribly hard to get to this hotel. You have to either rent a car and drive there, or take a train as far as it goes, then take a bus to where the hotel will pick you up. No trains go to this area.

We really enjoyed the breakfast. The hotel was in a beautiful area. The room was comfortable.
