Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

TaiwanDue to the large number of customers, they only offered dinner if you ordered it three days before. When we arrived at the restaurant, they gave us a table very near the restroom and was far away from all the dishes. After our complaint, they changed seats for us (but still far away from the dishes). They should offer us seats closer to the dishes (we have a member who could not walk for very long).
We had a high-floor room and could see the sea from our large window. The view is breathtaking. The staff offered great assistance in reserving a restaurant for us on the day we arrived. There were many dishes to choose from (both for dinner and breakfast). The hotel is large with shops and onsens.

We had a room in 10th floor as a suite. Very nice large room! Perfect view on the ocean!!! Loved it! Evening buffet was really good and giant. Big onsen !

Staff was great, warm and very responsive (big thanks to the reception lady who helped us get a really nice room during our check in). Location is really good, all the local sights are nearby and especially Shireteko National Park treks are a short drive away. Room was spacious and amenities were good making our stay very comfortable.

Location was excellent as it was only a short drive to all the attractions. It was a pity the weather was not very good at the time we were there. The wind was so strong that the hotel swayed. We liked the buffet, public bath, view from our room. There is coin laundry and shopping store in the hotel. The game room definitely adds joy to our stay.

United StatesIt is terribly hard to get to this hotel. You have to either rent a car and drive there, or take a train as far as it goes, then take a bus to where the hotel will pick you up. No trains go to this area.
We really enjoyed the breakfast. The hotel was in a beautiful area. The room was comfortable.
